The Perfect Apple Cobbler In 3 Minutes!

Join Jenn Yarbrough from Bass Pro Shops as she guides you through making a delicious smoked apple cobbler on a 36-inch pellet smoker grill. Follow along for a step-by-step tutorial to create this amazing dessert!
Ingredients
- 8 granny smith apples- peeled, cored & sliced
- 2 cups of granulated sugar, divided
- 1 cup brown sugar , divided
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter- melted
- Vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for serving
Directions
Step 1: Preheat smoker to 350
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together apples, ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Toss to combine and set aside while mixing the crumble.
Step 3: In another bowl, combine flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until it starts to form a crumble.
Step 4: Place apple mixture in skillet, top with crumble mixture
Step 5: Cook in smoker for 50 minutes or until crumble turns golden brown.
Step 6: Serve immediately with ice cream and caramel drizzle.
