Dude 3.1k likes but no comment?
For how drunk & terrified Steve was, he smashed it in front of a huge crowd- he’s got brilliant potential. He communicated his difficult relationship with his mother just by calling her by her full name. That’s a sign of an excellent communicator. I genuinely love that Schulzy did this, the support he gave Steve & genuine pleasure he found in giving Steve both the opportunity and push. “Well you’re here now so you better buckle up”. Also the sheer joy it brought him to see other comics appreciating, paying for, & enjoying his work. This is how we build community. Thanks to Schulzy & Steve for this great moment
that ending is just genius, the build up to that last improvised line is what's up! I also love how life works, this dude gave another comedian a chance in comedy and now he was given a chance too. Pay it forward guys, always give and life will give it back to you!
wow that's a beautiful comment

For a guy that was getting hammered thinking he wasnt getting on stage, I think he did pretty good.
I can't believe how generous Andrew Schultz is; not just in this clip, but in many clips. He will give it up for birthdays, buy audience members a drink, learn/study the geographical area he's performing in ahead of time AND while on stage, etc. Great human being.
Great joke and execution. Admirable to see someone accept the moment like that and not get too flustered. Hope he keeps up comedy/gets big one day.
Mother issues, crowd work, light racism, calling someone out by name! Ended with a friendly reference, and a retard joke?! That was a solid bit for being an audience member.
Right, i think hes DM to andrew was more than just “ill pay you $500 to let me say a joke”. Pretty sure hes a up and coming comedian and asked for a shot.
He called the guy "Jason Kenney" because that's our Premier's name (like a Governor in the States) and the guy booed at him saying Schulz could enter him. Jason Kenney has a past working to promote homophobic policies.
