Andrew did that twice:
1. When he told the guy to get rid of her.
2. When he told her that she was projecting her anger for not helping at him.

Andrew: As an epileptic, no shit, you did the best thing you could have done here mate. You alleviated peoples worry and tension, as well as hers. I know some people think otherwise, I don't care. I've been an epileptic all my life, and I'm really, really impressed how you and the others handled it. I've seen far too many people get overly serious and worried, when they should be trying to get people to relax. Great job and great thing to see. You kept the crowds tension low, and you kept things really calm. Fantastic job :)
THIS ONE!! Say it louder for the people in the back! 🙌 Bro, I'm already anxious enough after having a seizure and having just woken up, you need to chill out! I can't be calm if you aren't. 😂
@@eharper7 bingo!
Mate, true story. I was 15 years old, I had a major series of 'rolling grand mal seizures', where I'd have one that led into another and another and another. Apparently I had around 10 in total spanning nearly an hour or so (this was during a time when I was unmedicated). My sister (14 at the time) says to me 'You put your arms straight out ahead like superman and looked like you were flying! I thought you were gonna take off!' and laughed her head off, I was in hospital, she'd stopped by and grabbed me a 'superman' shirt from a nearby two dollar shop. On it she wrote 'super'eppo'. We both laughed at it. My mum told me she spent most of the afternoon joking with people around me, trying to make them feel better, and for the most part it worked. She told me though that she found her later, crying her eyes out over me, worried that I wouldn't be ok but more concerned everyone else would be ok for when I came to. I'll never ever forget that.

She’s a paramedic. She legally has an obligation to jump in and assist. On or off the clock
Prob didn't bc she didn't want to miss the show she paid to complain, apparently.
Been years since i looked at the medical field but i believe they follow the same protocol as police and security. Once a drop of alcohol enters your system you cant help. If you do you can and will be sued for malpractice
Not arguing but just adding information. If she'd been drinking, she may not. Depends on the level of emergency, level of intoxication, etc. Medical professionals may be held liable unless there was no other options and they're not too drunk and the level of intervention needed is low complexity.
That being said, she could have at least checked out the situation and directed people. Epileptic seizures are generally not too hard to assist with. Protect their head and put them on their side. Call 911. Watch for other symptoms.
I also wonder if location could have been a factor. Since they were in Florida, there's an above average chance that she might have been on a vacation. Each state has their own laws pertaining to the expectations, limitations, and the extent of immunity for off-duty and/or out-of-state medical personnel. She might not have known what she was legally allowed to do in that situation.
Still not an excuse, but maybe a contributing factor. Especially if she saw that the situation was already under control.

I mean when he said he was gonna take good care of her, he wasnt lying lol
Savage mode
I wish I could like this more than one time 😂
He was actually genuinely angry when he yelled why you didn't help then
Alex media laugh cut through everything shit had me bugging 😂😂😂
I don’t think there’s alot of comedians out there that can control the crowd after such an incident.
Laughter is the best medicine especially during these dark times.
victor griffith Turn on the lights then, bitch. 🙄
Chris Lloyd-Jones dang dude! You’re a savage!
@@chrislloyd-jones5075 How orginal!🙄
Jordan fisher Thanks Jordan 💁🏻♂️
Nothing dark here chief
Alex in the background laughing makes this so much better.
I don't know if there were any rapidly flashing lights, but that can trigger a seizure for some people. That's something I wish people would consider before using them. I hope she's alright.
I was at this show and the funniest part was that the girl was trying to go and help, but her bf wouldn't let her. Then she got roasted for not helping lmao.
I can confirm this. I was the floor.
I confirm this was false, as I am the boyfriend
@@thecasino8022 If you are the guy then idk why you're lieing when there was a room of people around you who heard her asking you to get out of the way.
@@cmoney121993 think you missed the joke there buddy. I gotchu
Basically you said some stuff and claimed to be a witness, but at the end of the day this is the internet and you could be anyone trying to make something up and there's no real proof. I'm sure you're telling the truth, but then again you might not be. I could say I was there too and nobody has any more reason to believe you than they have to believe me.
So ultimately this kind of thing becomes a joke where everyone chimes in with some variation of "I was there too". The first guy claimed to be the actual floor, clearly joking. The second guy claimed to be the boyfriend, also clearly joking.
@@matthewhintz5308 yeah I thought abt that, but I was in my feelings for some reason and responded lol.
This should be called "the day I collected 1.5 bodies". He killed the lady in audience.
Everytime I watch this, I always can pick out Alexx's laugh amongst the crowd.
I have Epilepsy, had several seizures in the last hour. Andrew gave me the first smile I've had all day!
“I’m a paramedic”
“Oh your a paramed-so why TF werent you helping her out!!!”
Am I crazy, or is there a hidden edit in there to make his timing seem more immediate?

“Don’t be embarrassed!”
As I make sure ALL eyes on you! Lol
Yeah I didn't like that part
@@beyond_hjaemmetraening The eyes were alread on her, man. What are the options? Have no one talking, and this woman just recieving medical attention in the middle of a packed room, or have a comic talk at the crowd so at least their's some degree of deflection and a lighter air surrounding all of it. And it's not like you can just do material that isn't addressing the situation, it's not going to connect and it's going to seem inconsiderate.
Besides all that, you can tell he's being sincere. Like he honestly knows the position she was in and wanted her to know she didn't have to feel bad about it. There'a a very good chance it didn't make her any less embarrassed at the moment, obviously, but there's also a very good chance she appreciated it in hindsight. Had he not said anything to her as she was walking out, she's really left with nothing but an indication that she was an interruption to everyone's good time. That just carries this alienating, dehumanizing element that seems way worse to me.
@@kennygerberich4985 I did not say that he should not joke about it. It is just the annoying "don't be embarresed" comment . I would be furious if he did that to me in that situation. Such a dickhole comment imo.
@@beyond_hjaemmetraening I didn't accuse you of saying he couldn't or shouldn't joke about it. That's not the reason I was trying to explain why he probably felt like he had to joke. I went into describing that in order to draw a plausible line of reasoning that would have led him to make the "don't be embarrassed" comment. He was tasked with trying to provide a distraction and get the show back on track, but there was no way talking about anything else would work. That doesn't mean he wanted her to feel bad about herself, so he said that to her. I'd agree it was a dick comment if he said it condescendingly, but I only saw sincerity in his words. And he was showing obvious concern for her throughout all of it, so I see no reason for her to share your outrage at that comment, but hey, idk. I know if it were me, I'd appreciate it. Maybe not right then, but later on for sure.
Nah I'm fucking glad he said that. It's already a scene, people are already looking at you. The worst thing about having a seizure is the embarrassment afterwards, and most people don't understand the guilt/embarrassment people feel after having one. Also she likely doesn't even remember this lol. Shit is hella confusing after a seizure.
2 years later and I'm still rewatching this 😂😂 best improv ever
As an epileptic, it was absolutely funny. Love your comedy.
I didn’t go to ambulance school😆
lookin for this comment
Adding attending one of this man’s shows to my bucket list 😂
Sit at the front 😭😭🤣
4:35 destruction begins
Damn I think 2 women had medical emergencies cause that second lady got BURNT.
Aye lowkey, Andrew is one of the best out right now... NO DEBATING! He killed this, no pun intended.
Praying for that lady well being! 🙏🏽
>lowkey
>NO DEBATING
Pick one.
Wish people would stop inserting "low key" into everything. It doesn't mean what people are trying to make it mean.
