Thanks for clarifying proper breathing technique. 15 yrs of incorrect breathing and suboptimal execution of my lifts. After watching this video marked improvement of ease and efficiency of my presses. Breathing equals increased neuromuscular activation for those of you who don't know.
One of the best tutorials I have seen! I have been struggling the breathing timing, but I will keep watching this and practicing until my breathing matches this on the all the kettlebell lifts!
I see so many people skip the floor press, using both hands to start the Get-Up at full extension. My rule is, if you can't floor press the bell, you shouldn't be doing a get up with it.
Even if I just instinctivly did it right way(exept the snatch ,whis was exactly as "not to do "way :-) ) I find this video to be one of most useful tips for me on kettlebells ever! Thanks!
