Hello Louka, i think you deserve much more subscribers! Allways sharing pure knowledge, never clickbaits or bashing other Kettlebell practionisers. Quiet professional!💪

Bonjour, je tenais à vous remercier pour votre travail sur votre chaîne. Très pédagogique, sans fioriture et avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Merci également pour cette trilogie sur le kettlebell axe. Bonne continuation.

I'm practicing AXE just 1 week and it is fantastic for working days then on the weekend I go for wide range reps...both physically and mentally is great...I picked a 44kg kettlebell for 2 hands swing 4-6 reps...32kg hand 2 hand is my max 4 well done swings but really really on my limit

Hello! Cheers for the explanations. Should I take this “double espresso” if Im simultaneously doing Q&D snatch with the axe protocol? (Since the Q&D is anaerobic) or am I wrong? Thank you

Good stuff. This reminds of Coach Tony Holler’s (spelling?) approach to getting his sprinters ready for the 400: glycolitic training is infrequent and carefully dosed.

      Great question!
I'm more powerfu for sure , and can perform for longer durations with heavier weights

I’ve started the AXE program in the last week. Since my largest KB is a 28KG if added a rep or two to the main AXE sessions. Is that going to be effective?
Do you have this program in written format
I do appreciate the follow along videos. Very helpful!

4 one arm swing per 30s.... Ne vaudrait il pas mieux pour être exactement dans le protocole en faire 6 avec 50s de récupération ? Merci de ta reponse

I have 2 kettlebells. 1 of 16kg and 1 of 20kg. Is that too little to start with?
