CLARK AIR BASE HOSPITAL / 1990 A FEW OF MY EXPERIENCES WORKING THERE / OUR OLD HOUSE, THEN AND NOW

- I recently visited Clark city formerly Clark Air Force base. I took a video of the hospital and the house where we used to live. The place is run down and over grown.
In this video, The hospital and house are showing the before (1990) and after (2022) footage. The house is located across Mimosa, a leisure estate with golf course, hotel, and villas in 320 acres of land. Across the street on Manuel Roxas Ave.

Thanks so much for this video … surely brings back lots of memory…was stationed at clark from 84-87 & 88-90….. lived at d golf course housing area … surely missed that place …. Appreciate very much making this video…..Mabuhay.
Our family was stationed there in 1968 for 2 1/2 years.

Thank you for sharing! This brings back a lot of memories. My wife and I were assigned to Clark from 1989-1991. I was a dog handler and she was in Services as a cook. We lived in the same housing units as you, second floor too! We both were considered essential military so both of us had the displeasure of going through Pinatubo…we transferred out 3 weeks before the flag ceremony. Thanks again!

New one. We were there 68-70. In the New NCO. Housing the prefab housing. Just don't remember the address. Mom had put the camera in the household stuff that went to storage. And they never bought a new one.

we were there in Apr and oct 2022. I showed my wife this. you really have her attention.. she was born in Tarloc in 1988. her dad was a cook on the base going back 1965? last name Maglalang? her mother would take her to the base library and bx. her mother would tell her i bet this what america looks like. We live in Beaumont CA. maybe we all can meet?

Ang ganda ng clark dati, parang nasa US kapag sa loob ka may taxi, bus, commisary, sayang lang pinaalis ng mga sakim na senador, kung pinayagan lang sana na i-renew uli ang base, maslalo sana na maunlad ang pampanga at subic, yang hospital na yan dyan na admit ang kapatid ko 1989 at tapos dinala na siya sa hawaii ng asawa nya. Ako Naiwan sa bahay sa don bonifacio subd. May balibago, dati tuwing umaga at hapon may nag roving na mga US airforce at pilipino airforce sa mga subd na marami US citizen nakatira.
maunlad...ano pong pinagssssbi nyo..look po sa ngayon mas marami ang nakikinabsng na mga workers sa dami ng estsblishment..and napakalaki ng kita ng gobyerno dyan...kesa dati na exclusive lang for military...iniwan /tinurn over yan ng mga kano sa atin na bagsak ,,lubog sa lahar..

Ang ganda nung old house and community niyo before, para kang nasa US. So sad at nakakapanghinayang na napabayaan na i-maintain ng mga new owners yung house. They left it to rot. Super ganda ng Clark before no?Unfortunately sumabog yung volcano.. it ruined everything.
