Since Gaijin keeps messing up anticipated light tanks, I figured I would boot up Sprocket and see if I could design one of my own. One that would put speed above things like armor and firepower. After all, the Survivability Onion says it's better to never get hit in the first place. I did end up making a raggedy HSTV-L but that's beside the point.
