The American M6A2E1 is one of the worst looking tanks I have seen. That being said, it's also quite good (when it doesn't get constant uptiers). Thanks Gaijin.

Yeah, 6.7 is practically unplayable right now. I’m honestly surprised you got that one partial uptier, I’ve gone like 25 battles in a row without one at 6.7 recently
Up and down tiers shouldn't be in the game. I have no clue why this archaic ass system is still being used when there are enough players to get rid of it. It's a terrible system these days, much like a lot of Gaijin's systems. It was implemented at a time when the game had far fewer vehicles and needs a total rework. It's pretty ridiculous that 6.7 vehicles are just cannon fodder for 7.7 vehicles at all times. I have always had the same experience playing every BR between 2.0-5.7, just near constant up tiers with 1 or 2 non up tiers. I don't play the game much above 5.7 which is the only reason I even limited it to that but yeah, it's at least 80% to 20% in up tiers to down tiers.

If you want to try a fun British vehicle try the SARC VI 6pdr or Concept 3. The guns are brilliant for their BR (minus the HE filler) and their speed makes for some rlly fun goofy moments whilst still being able to dominate several BRs above their allocated one

But honestly I prefer the SARC, because it’s really fun to play in those tiers having an stabilised cannon with 50cal in top of it

I'm a big fan of the M6A2E1. Big gun, good armor, and the reverse speed from the electric transmission is really useful. Definitely one of the best battlepass vehicles.

Spookston enduring the 6.7 uptier problem is very relatable as I have been stuck there for 3 months.
Edit: as of this comment I’ve gotten Maginot Line 5 times in a row at mid to full uptier

6.3-7.0 basically may as well not exist, it's all constant uptiers to 7.3 and 8.0.
Also give the Crusader II a try, it's a fun tank if you know what you're doing with it
i honestly agree, when i play 7.0 for fun its always full uptiers but when i play 7.3, 7.7 and 8.0, downtiers galore
6.3 is constantly down tiered to 5.7/6.0 tho
I say the Crusader III is more fun because you actually pin the guys you go against thanks to the 57mm gun

How about another gremlin video using the M22? The spots it can hide in combined with its nearly silent engine and ludicrous speeds make it so ridiculously fun to play.

I bought the jagdtiger and started playing my 6.7 lineup again after that. No exaggeration, at least 20 games of nothing but 7.7 and 7.3 matches. I completely researched the marder with not a single 7.0 or 6.7 match
Exact same thing happens to me at 5.3. I was really excited to play the Panther and Tiger after playing Russian tanks, but it has been horrible.

So I discovered the hard way that this tanks front plate is now basically impervious to apds since the last update. Apparently because of it has two armor plates even the conquerors guns (with 400 some mm of pen) can’t go through it at all. That was fun to learn
Troll them at long range, had one of those in my leo with heatfs and bruh, took me 4 shots to kill but i am shure he was pissed xD
If possible, you should try playing the Class 3 (P) or Radkampfwagen 90, because I just can’t get over on how huge these vehicles are
Hey Spook, you should play the Semovente 75/46 M43. It's a deeply overshadowed italian tank destroyer which can deliver an heavy punch but it's deeply ignored the potential it has.

The 75/34 m43 is also really good, its a shame its a folder vehicle honestly because it's really overlooked because of it, it has the same armor as the 75/46 but it's at 3.3 where it can only be penned frontally by tank destroyers and panzer 4's (and shermans can also pen it if they aim at a good spot but they tend to hit the sponsons or another heavily armored spot)
I'd wager to say it's italy's only real heavy tank because of how effective its armor is at the BR its at.

@@h3069 The first few br’s italy kinda sucks but has some great aspects, like amazing gun depression and for the 47mm equipped tanks they have surprisingly great angle pen and one shot ability, hell i remember playing at like 9.0 when i was low on silver lions and i brought out the AB43 and it still killed most MBTs from the side with one or two shots
Honestly 6.7 is absolute hell to play right now. I can't remember the last time I had an actual downtier.
Which is hilarious because when I play 5.7 I keep getting sucked up to 6.7

Hey Spookston, would you ever consider doing a multi-part series where you play the worst premium or tech tree vehicle of each ground vehicle class, like the worst SPAA or worst heavy tank for example. Doesn’t even have to be based off performance, just enjoyment factor.
This is one of my favorites to play, even in uptiers. Such a good tank if you don't rush in like its a light tank and play support.

You should try the Italian M47 with the 105 is a pretty fun tank with almost the same reload as the 90mm M47
This is why I bring the Lekpz and Jpz 4-5 in my 6.7 lineup. They do amazing in all tiers they end up at.

You should try the AMX-50 Surbasse. It probably has the similar play style but Solid Shot only
This thing feels and looks more like a “land battleship” than stuff like the T35 or Neubaufahrzeug honestly.
Also playing this means I expect a vid on the M4/T26 when it comes out.
The M6 has that “mean ugly bull dog” type of look. Its a bit intimidating when it’s swinging it’s gun towards you
I love this thing. You can be hull down in weird spots that people don’t expect
I love this tank, at range the armor is surprisingly reliable and it’s canon is very easy to snipe with, and that reverse speed lets you shoot n scoot like nobody’s business
Also for some reason I hardly ever get one shot, even though I bring a bit more ammo then spook did

I genuinely used to enjoy using this. Driving backwards or peeping over rocks with an extremely strong turrets was fun
And this showcases why I stopped playing tanks. Most of my favorite tanks get nonstop uptiers. The other major reason being I constantly got small urban maps, which are maps I tend to hate playing in games in general, but yeah. 80% of the tanks I played would get full uptiers.

Spook, it *is* a proto T29 lol. By 1944 the Army didn’t want the M6 in service at all, but they found the T1E1 to be a sufficient test bed for the then in-development T29’s turret. The standardization name for the T1E1 was to be M6A2 were it to enter service, so the two test beds they made were designated M6A2E1.
The front armor plate was never fitted btw, as it was a proposed upgrade for the M6A2 during the last attempt to get the M6 accepted into service, alongside a proposed up-gunning to the then brand new M3 90mm cannon.
I think you would thoroughly enjoy the t92, basically an amazing all rounder with its speed and super slim design

I like this tank a lot. I also like the IS6. Just heavily armored big guns around this br is a good time. Unless it's a full up tier things get tough then.

Isn't it modelled incorrectly? from the images i've seen the M6A2E1 retains the vision slits from the original M6 whereas this one just has a flat UFP

have a suggestion. A very unique vehicle that I don't enyone in CZcams has ever played is the VBC(PT2).It is an Italian light tank.
At 6.3 I get constant down tiers so much that I refuse to play 6.7. I want to get my American tree to 8.0 and finish my German tree. But it’s such a pain when you can’t compete very well with the Pershing and Super Pershing

I get full uptiers too when I play 6.7, but then when I play 7.7 I somehow still only get uptiers

Spookston should try the IKV103 it has HEATFS with 400mm pen at 4.0
You should try the cv90120 it's so rarely used and it's a great flanker at top tier 5 sec reload and oddly survivable for a light tank
6.7 is so fun for a heavy, constantly meeting things that go through your armor like butter so might aswell play something mobile

Hey Spookston, I know this is kinda off topic but i was wondering what graphics settings you used as I just build my first PC and now that I have a good GPU I am not sure what to sacrifice, fps or quality and clarity. If you could help me out that would be great.
The uptier sadness is real. Recently unlocked the ARL44 on the french side (3.7BR) and got put up against KV85s

This thing is one of my go-to vehicles to print SL and bully people who have no idea how to deal with it. It has a lot of shortcomings, and I usually despise heavies, but it has a few things that make it incredible if you know what you are doing. That 105 is a monster for over pressure. I find it very comparable damage and pen wise to the tiger 2 105. The high profile can be really helpful on some maps to shoot over cover people do not expect, although that can also be a curse since you can not always hide behind the same cover everyone else can. The biggest advantage this thing has in uptiers, though, is the number of leo players that are so used to point and clicking UFPs with their sabot. Before the sabot changes this things UFP was completely immune to 105 sabot past 500m as it shatters. I have not played it since the sabot changes, but I can only imagine it got stronger in that department

I really do not understand this game sometimes. Unlocked the Israeli AMX-13 and got constant uptiers to 7.7. Then I unlocked the Magach 1 and get constant uptiers to 8.3 (I have not had a single game at BR 7.3 with this thing, only 8.3). And it's like...where did all the 7.7 games go now?
