I swapped my phone for a garbage one that can only text & call and I've felt way better. I understand how stressful it might be to deal with hate on a larger scale, but I don't get why she bothers to entertain the trolls instead of just blocking. I only get a fraction of the trolls and even I just eventually get tired to the point of simply blocking. It's a lot easier.
One of the most important rules of the internet is not to publicly list your address and she somehow thought doing so would "own" them. She's just putting herself in danger if someone legitimately hates her to the point of wanting to SWAT her or cause harm in some other way. At least online, you can block and take breaks from the internet, but she can't get a break if people know her address.

I've been in a similar place to Jayln. Not quite on this scale, but the basics were the same. If it was anything like how I was, then trust me, she's just as confused as you are. It's a constant draining mental battle of "I should get help, I can easily fix this" then the devil on your shoulder grabs ahold of you and says "oh no you won't" I never wanted to be who I was and change only came from myself and the compassion of others.
Folks, hindsight is 20/20, anyone can say what someone should do. But the truth is that none of y'all know what is truly happening behind the scenes.
