- In this guide, you will learn how to create beautiful art. Whether you are a seasoned artist or have never drawn a day in your life, you will take something positive out of this guide. Much of the advice in this how-to video can be applied to life, such as practicing, avoiding burnout, and looking at the positives (humor) in life.

@@camion__ in all seriousness, find out what triggers your depressive episodes in order to better prepare for them. Stick to hobbies/passions that help ease you instead of stress you. I’m very big into fitness. If I don’t stick to healthy lifestyle, I can easily fall into a rut. Try to find your passion hobby (as long as it’s not destructive) and immerse yourself in it.
On top of that, stay busy with your friends. Keep making plans and talking about your drive to do _____, in this example drawing. That way it doesn’t become taboo and you can confront the obstacles stopping you in the first place.
Also, there are plenty of resources out there like hotlines, small groups, etc. in case your friends DNE or aren’t available.
But take all this with a grain of salt, as I am still just a tire. Best of luck, and I hope you can conquer your demons

The zone is such a powerful tool. It's also called a "flow state" and there's a metric shitload of videos about it. In my opinion the best are "How to unlock insane focus on command" by Ryan Doris and I loved, through and through "How to enter "flow state" " by big think.

It's over artists, self improvement gurus have infiltrated the Fart community.
If you are truly satirical, work on your delivery, try to put more humor outside of the ai art bit. It would also help if you actually specify what was satirical. Dry humor is a thing but your constant deadpan delivery confuses me. This video is full of both legitimate advice and downright harmful advice(and i am not talking about AI). This video gave me the impression of a fake self improvement guru. So there's some work to do. Some bits were pretty funny tho.

I’m trying to wrap my head around which of these would be considered harmful lol in a logical sense.
I think you missed the point of half the video. And asking him to specify what was satirical kinda takes away from it being a satire. That’s like asking a comedy group like Key and Peele to point out what the jokes were in a skit so you can better understand it lol.
