I made 120k last year... My 21year old truck works just fine. I bought 2 monster boxes instead. I have my own garden of potatoes, carrots, onions...etc. A couple kilo bars not spent at the market. I cancelled Direct TV! What a sham. I put the savings into those SWEET Scottsdale 20oz kit-kat bars. Life is good...if you know how to live it. Silver....well, for me it is a fun way to save REAL money.
I quit drinking ever since my daughter was born. She was #1 priority now. Drinking was getting me into a lot of trouble. So it was time to grow up. The money I saved went to buying and stacking silver. The goal is to one day give it all to her. That's why I do it. And I enjoy it.
You know brother, that is almost exactly my same philosophy! Since I've begun stacking about 2 1/2 years ago, I sleep much better knowing that I have "nest egg" that my wife and I can crack if we really need it!
Just told my wife this past week, while she was giving me “that” look for having bought more silver, that she has to admit that it is the safest hobby that I have ever had. Ive lost a lot of money in MANY other hobbies and interests. Started buying silver nearly a year and a half ago....first monster box is almost full. I have more silver, but some is numismatic and some are bars. Love buying silver....and now even a little gold 😁
Buying silver is all good, because most people buy stuff where their money goes away...movies, eating out, furniture, nick nacks, new TV and cell phones, new vehicles etc etc. Saving in silver is all good! I got 23 ounces from my LCS today!
I have similar thoughts about buying and saving in PM’s. I look at each ounce as a $20 bill today. If my best case scenario pans out, I’ll be looking at 2 or 3 (tax free) $20 bills for each oz of silver I liquidate. Hard to beat that. Hell, I’ll be happy if I’m only half right. PS, good point about putting a middleman in the picture. We are less likely to spend our savings when it’s in PM’s vs cash. Good luck & keep up the good work!
I started late in life 64 but and I made my money in the stock market. I have been moving 401 money into Gold and Silver. This is something I am doing to protect my wealth when bad times come. The Libertad coin is by far the most beautiful coin.
This video exemplifies my sentiment I have a tendency of having a lot of hobbies and they have a tendency of being expensive then there's never any return on them this hobby it's quite the opposite not only to get to enjoy it but you can actually benefit from it down the road
Same here, feel exactly the same way. But we are buying and saving. Such good prices. I got some ASE and constitutional today, would rather buy that than almost anything else.
I remember watching an interview with Robert Kiyosaki where he referred to gold and silver as "spiritual money". Although I think that guy is a b.s. artist and is always shilling his products, there is something to his idea that holding gold and silver is a wealth attractor. The reason, in my opinion, is that saving money in the form of a hard asset flips a switch in your brain and somehow gives you a higher propensity to keep accumulating. Before you flip that switch, you'll forever be in deficit spending mode. So I feel like that is another reason to stack silver; it flips the switch.
I wish I would have been stacking instead of nights I've blown money at casino, it's fun watching the money grow when you buy silver, but where spot is right now , I'm about 800 down, but I'm holding in there, lol
YES! You hit the mark. I am saving not spending. I have started to flip also. If I can make 5 or 6 bucka on a $17 or $18 purchase why not? Plus if it is in my savings account it's alot more likely that ill liquidate and buy somthing material. I love stacking it's my new way of life. 85 oz and counting!
Well like I have always said it doesn't matter if you got silver when it was 20 dollars a ounce as long as you don't sell it right now my opinion you haven't lost any money
I know how you feel. Gold is like my wife, silver like my mistress. Everything's good, but if my mistress forces me to choose then I'll always go for the gold.
Silver and gold are money- fiat currency is not. Saving money is safer than saving currency. Most people these days can't get to the "saving" part yet.
I save money monthly and add to my gold or silver stack if the price is right if not I put it in crypto a online shopping spree and the price depends what I buy but all of these feeds the itch and you get a return I’m teaching my kids the same and my 6 year old loves it
Yoo're exactly reit mucker! When we buy silver, we're nae really spendin' bunsens, jist convertin' it from paper tae silver, a braw way tae save! I do the same with retirement accounts like RoTH IRA. I feel guilty sending the money, even though all future interest upon retirement will be tax free. I like silver, but prefer dividends.
@@meteoman7958 I never seem to get one because its only about $10 more for a Geiger square kilo and im pretty much addicted to Geiger. I do have some of the 100 gram glossy pressed Valcambi bars. Thanks for the reply!
I'm 40 years old and I only take home $30,000 a year. I have nothing saved and I just started buying silver. Where is the best spot to buy silver online close to spot?
@@darcienotyourgirlfriend500 yes I just need to get a new computer. I am extremely interested. But right now all this bad shit keeps happening to me. So I'm not making any decisions right now I'm just laying low I'm only good for panic attacks right now
Sift I felt this way months ago when I was a newbie .. you just need to take the bold step and start investing in cryptocurrencies. You will be happy you did few months from now
I know if I bought $1000 worth of silver from the Perth mint and sold it back at the same spot price I bought it for it would be waaayyy more than a $50 loss. Those mongrels give you 17% less than they sell, plus if you take into account the premium on the spot they put on it would be close to 25% loss. So I have to disagree with you on that point you made. Go to Perth Mint Buliion web site and you can find out for your selves.

Good for you bro!!
Man you are awesome dude. ... I do the exact same thing... Just started stacking silver. Good man... Keep saving your hard commodities fam!!
I agree, buying silver is like transferring fiat into something tangible that’s worth holding and an insurance against economic woes.
You hit the nail on the head. It gives me the satisfaction of spending without actually "spending" any money at all
I agree 100%! Buying silver scratches the itch, saves money and is guilt free for me. 😊
My reason for stacking is exactly the same as yours, to protect my money from my spending habit. Glad to see there's others like me out there. haha
My friends laugh at me because i drive an old, paid off car. I laugh at them because they have no PMs and the bank own their brand new cars.
Good points and perspective for stacking silver
Very unique and informative perspective on stacking for investors! Take Care

I picked up some silver today...6 Engelhard rounds from 1982, 30 dimes, 29 quarters, and 27 halves.
Good plan! Don't ever feel guilty. Bottom line... you are SAVING your money!
Great video. It's about holding for the long term and not freaking out when the price drops.
