Looks good. I have a 2 tanks setup but they are separate as small one is drinking water only, larger is whatever I can source. Small just runs a Whale pump and turned on via switched SHURflo tap. Ozito interesting alternative to the usual options although same price as a Shurflo 4009. Any issues with the proprietary fittings? Thanks
This is awesome mate.. I have only recently discovered your channel, but I cannot get enough! Loving your content 👌🏽 Just so I can understand the hidden breather, how does that work? Is it like a one way valve or something? How does dust not get in etc?
Nice welcome aboard, there's a heap of vids to get through 😂 Yeah is one of those one way types breathers, have covered in a fine mesh also. Will likely add another tap so can just leave them both 'turned off' when not at camp. I run a filter when at camp on the output as well for drinking water so not overly concerned.
Great fill spot. Nice touch on the extended tank breathers & water capacity counter. Did you upgrade the factory fuel tank? 100l is very handy when you’re touring to prevent range anxiety. I’m hoping there’s room.
No haven't , was going to before the Cape York trip last year but ended up just taking an extra Jerry. Might in the future, will see. Would prob need to delete the 30L tank
Hey mate. Once again love the setup. Only feedback I have is regarding the breathers. Are you worried about them being relatively low down for when you do water crossings, could they let dirty water in? And also, I saw you have a ball valve on at least one of them, is the other one always open? When pumping out of a tank, if you don’t have an open breather you run the risk of collapsing the tank or just losing some flow efficiency in the pump.
Second breather is one of those mushroom type jobbies so meant to not allow crud in. I've covered in fine mesh too. Not too concerned for crossings as don't regularly do them, if I was doing cape again eg Nolan's etc I would add another tap to the main breather then could just have both 'turned off' and no water could get in. See how it goes. 👍 I run a filter on the output when at camp for drinking water etc as well so not overly concerned

I installed a 70lt Fleximake behind the back seat on a bt50/px ranger( 2013) works a treat.
Another great video Adam, great versatility with the two tanks

Did you need to knock holes in the tub to mount the tanks? Interested in how the mounting system works..
The 30L was bolted up to the tub, the 40L was bracketed into place with rivnuts etc.
@@VideoShowMeHow any risk of the bolts in the 30L pulling through the plastic with sustained vibration?
Qick question, you've probably covered it before but what brand is your air hose reel .
@@garypriddin9949 was from Bunnings, forget the brand sorry
