      @@_Cuttlefish On the channel, you'll find numerous videos devoted to relaxation. In brief, relaxation means contracting specific muscles when you hit the ground and then quickly relaxing them to prepare for the next cycle.

      It's what they were known for. Don Quarrie was their first 100/200 star. Bolt started out at 400!

      The best 400m times are achieved in races with the most efficient acceleration, where you run with enough speed but use the least amount of energy
