Yes. In fact, its a modified azeri national dish. Usually made from lamb instead of ostrich and without corn.
Including farm raising exotic bird species for food.
That was no ostrich. Ostriches only have two toes. That bird had three. Not an ostrich. Also, whatever it is/was, it is not a species native to the country.@@vladcrow4225

I remember back about 35 years ago when I had ostrich here in the US when they were supposed to be the next big thing here for meat. It was good and I know one man who raised them but then the market fell out and no one wanted to spend the money on them because the feed prices are high enough and the cost made them not worth raising. I love big meals like this and the simplicity of it. I prefer roasting chickens and always do the Thanksgiving turkey and usually a couple during the year just because they're such a pleasant meal and I love the flavor. I would love to see ostrich make a comeback here some day.

what makes me subscribed to this video is the everyday realization that God never ceases to love us. He has prepared everything for us. Shelter, food, natural air, sun & water, livestock that we can eat. We just have to take care and culture it so we can use it to survive. Living in the countryside is peaceful and there is an abundance of everything. I love it❤
