Hands down, the homemade water wheel powered rotisserie is the coolest cooking gadget I've ever seen on You Tube. There is a single woman in Ukraine living in the mountains who also posts videos like this same style of presentation and she is worth watching also. Great old school cooking and you earned my subscription after the first video I watched, 1st class act :)

And the preparer / gver is also very rich in his inner soul and spirit. That is so wonderful. oh... if that kind of wonderful attitude and behavior could exist in children of the western world!!
