This level is not be very forgiving, and you can see that I was struggling to keep up in the middle too.

Could you please explain to me where to move the level files to be able to play it?
The modding tool has a folder called "Levels", you can put them in there.
My game crashes when trying to load up this level. it doesn't happen with any other level. am i just downloading the wrong file?
Did you insert the required .pc file into your game's folder? If you didn't, the game will constantly crash when you try to start the level.
In order to do that, you have to:
- Download and extract the level from the .zip file
- There are 3 files you just have extracted, you should ctr+x the one, that ends with .pc
- Now you have to open Steam, search Thumper, click on the gear icon to the left, go on "Manage" and then on "Browse local files". File explorer should now show you the game's files
- Go into the "cache" folder and ctr+v your file in there
Now check if your game doesn't crash when you try to start the level. I hope this helps ^_^
