  • Knee Pain Help & Knee Pain Exercises: Instant Pain Relief with Trigger Point Therapy
    Unfortunately, knee pain is very common. Around a quarter of Germans suffer from knee pain. And the older you get, the more likely you are to get knee pain.
    Knee pain help:
    The first knee pain exercise is a light osteo-pressure that uses a special tool that allows you to simply press away the knee pain at the knee pain trigger point. With this trigger point method you are treating the muscle that is permanently shortened and stressed and therefore causes knee pain. The second knee pain exercise is a simple but effective stretching exercise for which you don't need any tools.
    To get the best healing effect from these knee pain exercises, do them regularly and carefully follow the additional advice from pain expert Roland Liebscher-Bracht.
    Try for yourself: with these two simple knee pain exercises (knee pain trigger point therapy & knee pain stretches), you can stop knee pain very quickly, or at least reduce your knee pain very quick.

    When I was younger I used to sit on my two legs with my knees folded like the girl in the video. Did not know the benefits of it, we were sitting that way sometimes. But the first one I also did that myself ( not knowing it’s beneficial for knees pain until now, ) when I put my fingers in to the spot after a few minutes it felt like the heat runs down my leg to my ankle. I doing it quite often and thank you for the lesson😊

    Hello great video , is there any danger for the knees tendons in this position

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Stuart,
      thanks for your question! 🙏 If you remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide when rolling, pressing, and doing our stretches, there shouldn't be any danger for your knee tendons. Just go slow and steady and always aim at working at level 9 on this scale (nine means: You feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up.). 💪🙂 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ceknee

      Hi Rakhi! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! The demonstration of our osteopressure technique in this video is only helpful for your right knee. If you suffer from knee pain in your left leg, you should perform it on the left side, too. 💪🙂 Also, even if your left leg is not painful, we still recommend you to practise our exercises for both sides as they can help prevent further discomfort! If you need further guidance or help, just contact us again or have a look at our informative article on knee pain. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-kneepain We hope you can help yourself naturally and take care of your health! 🙏🙂 Please update us on your progress!

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  Před 2 lety

      Hi there! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! If you suffer from aching and swollen knees, you can certainly do these exercises to relieve your pain, reduce the swelling, and treat the underlying cause of your suffering. 💪 Just remember to go slow and steady, and always aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 (a ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly). Remembering this pain scale ensures that these exercises are performed effectively, but you're not worsening your pain. 🙏 Try to practise daily and perform each exercise phase for 2 mins for real results. Please let us know how you get on!
      Best wishes

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN

      Hi Liz! 🙂
      Thanks for your question! Usually, these exercises should be suitable for lateral meniscus tear. Unfortunately, we can't and must not properly evaluate your individual case from a distance. Consequently, we recommend you to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises (just as a precaution). 🙏🙂
