Most unflavored hard liquor is 0 carbs. I pour it on the rocks with a lemon twist or sugar free chamoy & tajin rimmed glass its 😋 that way!

Also I like any vodka in club soda with a squeeze of lime for an adult beverage. Zero carbs and I think the lime cuts through the alcohol taste.

I’ve been up and down with diet and exercise. I work out of town 10 days on 4 off. I do really good but when I go home and drink too much And completely fall off hungover the next day and eat really bad until I go back to work. I just gave up beer been mixing vodka with like water and squirt of mío. Any advice or morning routine or supplements you take the next day after night of drinks???

Have you tried the Pruvit ketones?
A simple green salad with Italian dressing would have been good with the lasagna. Another favorite of mine is to buy a salad mix and drain a small can of tuna which I then mix in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. I eat the tuna salad with plain pork rinds.
