I'm also 28 and I've really seen a lot of improvement in myself as well. I still struggle with motivation to change jobs. But overall I am really happy. I struggle with motivation to find a new job, because I'm too busy pursuing my interest in bachata and jujitsu. I find the structure I impose on myself really lets me be who I want to be. Seeing that I am able to choose my habits means I can see myself moving forward in whatever area I feel drawn towards, even if I don't fully know where it'll take me.
Whereas, last January I felt very insecure. I'd never had a girlfriend, I didn't understand my job and I shied away from people. But now I feel very confident around others. I take initiative. There has been multiple times where I've helped someone in trouble on the street. Dating is not a scary unknown monster, but something I enjoy and do alright in. I don't feel the same shame and inadequacy, that can come from thinking your behind compared to everyone else.
Your videos helped me relax and focus my application when I needed to reapply for my current job. That was really helpful, because it was a very stressful experience.

I have a Herman Miller Mirra 2. I bought it second hand so check out gumtree/ebay or there's loads of stores online that sell second hand office furniture. Bets money I've spent!
