That casting allocation in the intake runner is to drill and tap for an injector on an efi setup.
Just bought this 28 NIBBI for my Magician 250. Love the video, thanks!
Hey man love the videos keep up the good work
Dude really like that bike, 👍 She sounds even better, has a bit of a purr love it 😂👍
It's definitely got a good purr to it now and sounds completely different to stock.
Thanks bud appreciate it
@@motomachinezuk8786 Anytime man 👍
Where did you get your air filter from and what’s it called
I just ordered mine...cuz I just bought a Pister Pro 190 fat tire...and the carb is acting up a lil...I when to check the jet needle to see if I could change the e clip and it can't be changed it's sealed in 1 position...weird....😂
Where do you get your parts from, I want to change parts on my 190 beast
would u recomend this carb
Great vid mate and that carb looks a lot better can I ask where you got it from cheers mate and I know this comment is late lol but flames out the exhaust is to much fuel on the mixture tap but you will know this by now lol on to the next vid 👍
I got it from ebay and they were all about the same price. Yes I didn't do the flames again so I assume it was just flooded maybe
Throttle response seems spot on mid range seems miles off so top end probably is aswell potentially a needle height issue the flames and black smoke tells me she’s really rich
I'm going to put a fresh plug in so I can see what's happening exactly as just tested bike and runs very strong. Not had those flames again but i did do some more tweaking to get it running and sounding better. I do think it is rich if anything yes
@@motomachinezuk8786 yep a plug check tells you many stories if you think she’s running rich ide raise the needle clip up a notch that will lean it off slightly
Finally got myself a pit bike today! :D Got one of these carbs on and the things set up perfectly! Race cams, forged piston, polished and ported, domino quick action throttle, lightened fly wheel... The things like a crf 150 lifts front wheel just off throttle in first 3 gears, guy who I bought it off said it's been tuned by Glynn Taylor GT tuning... Got factory suspension front and back and I HIGHLY recommend a rear linkage like this ones got on for suspension it's literally like a big bike nothing like a pit bike suspension it's also got a crf 450 rear caliper I'm well pleased with it :D crf 150 performance for a third of the price
Airscrew 1 and 3 quarter turns out and your turning revs up turning idle screw clockwise mate
Lol I've never really had much time with carbs so it's all learning.
I've just been messing with it today and I thinks it's nearly there. But I shall keep this in mind
Cheers
Hello mate just one question! Have they sorted the gear box issue out? I'm tempted to buy one brand new so I can pop around with my boys on their kx65's but every review including yours says the gear box jumps out of gear and it's a common fault on the 2019 to 2021 wpb 190 beast?
I asked the same thing a while back and he said they fixed the issue, if its not fixed there's a washer you can buy off eBay for about £30.
I’d just bought my 190 in January and I’ve not had any problems with the gear box yet I’ve been out most weekends.
I made this upgrade just a few weeks ago. I definitely feel the difference in grunt and sound I also upgraded from the stock 41tooth sprocket to a 45tooth sprocket. Wheelie machine
Good to hear someone else done the same. I was thinking next sprocket change I will get larger.
You like the 45t then ?
@@motomachinezuk8786 yeh carb is brilliant with a little bit of tuning.
I’d definitely recommend the 45tooth sprocket just in general for woods and tracks where u don’t need to be flat out, I prefer it over the 41 because it makes the bike a fair bit more responsive and torquey. If u have Instagram I’ll send u some photos of my sprocket that I have
@@harrywotherspoon246 what size sprocket on the front
@@1988rixy I’ve just left the front sprocket I haven’t touched it
@@harrywotherspoon246 thanks
The flames might be the mesh in the end of your muffler, mine ripped and it spits flames out
I have just got the 190 beast from new and it comes with 26 carb not the 28 ?
Mine had a 28mm on and that's also what ot says on wpbracing website I just checked.
Good video, any reason you didn’t go flat slide? I’m considering it but don’t know ifs even worth it
Ps the knob on the intake is for fuel injection 😂
Just wasn't sure about flat slide but maybe try 1 in the future to compare differences
Hi mate, hopefully picking a 190 beast up nxt wknd and was just wondering what size the magnetic sump plug is?
Majority are generic. I'm not sure exact size I just search ebay for mangentic oil plug pot bike and ordered from cw racing. Hope this helps
Yeah nice 1 pal helps alot wernt sure if there was many different sizes, I now stumped though as to wether to get a 190 beast or I've been offered a thumpstar 190 with only 4hrs of use for good money any suggestions on which 1 u thinks the better bike of the 2?
@@alexstowell16 same bikes just different colour mate. But if money right for 2nd hand then I would go for it. Check it doest jump out of 2nd and 3rd though that is a problem they have but can be fixed easy enough.
have you ever fixed car before or only bikes ? theres similarities but car seems much harder to do.
Not really done much on a car luckily mine have been OK with no major problems. Same principal just need a bigger workshop and obviously parts are larger.
Just bought the 190 beast and looking to do it up lol just wondering where you get your bike bits from?
I use ebay and mostly cw racing website mate
how is it going? i am thinking of getting one, any problems yet?
@@fredbaker3822 it's going good bud still warming it up letting it cool down and all the stuff lol but she's definitely got a lot more power the my 160 so far I'm very impressed
baker try the thumpstar 190cc 🔥
Yo u still got this buddy I had 2 these ime on my second one now the bike I mean and ime wanting 2 no is the daytona same engine or better because what I've seen it wheelies better and does 85 compared 2 wpb 65_69mph?????
Yes I've still got it but only used once or twice last year.
They are a way better engine with 4 valves and cost 1k, I've no experience to be honest but I always hear good noise about them.
Interested to know from someone with experience
@@motomachinezuk8786 me 2 buddy and ino I used see u out on yours all time u the reason I bought my first 190 don't remember if u can remember me I used comment quiet alot
Would this carb work on a ttr125 or what size would I need?
On a ttr 125 go with nibi 22 it whil be ok
I got mine running damn near perfect
Nibbi
elevation 0-3000
pilot - 32
Main - 115/118 (both are really good but its winter so richer for me)
Needle clip - 1 leanest 5 richest I got it on 4th clip
GPX 140cc semi auto
Gearing stock - 15/41 (TERRIBLE) New Gearing - 16/41 (WAY BETTER)
I didn't have to saw anything off to fit my PWK Nibbi either didn't go with the PE
Im assuming for you bike with the 190 motor it would be closer to
120-135 main jet
32-36 pilot
3 clip to be safe and adjust for the needle. Good luck!
What do you think about 28mm on the yx140? Not too big?
@@motabikeboy Yep went down to a 26 and dialed that one is and its working great contacted Nibbi and they said to go to a 24mm pwk and that it would make it perfect. They explained how bigger isnt always better and a lot is just inflated ego or different manufacturing specs. So Im going to try out the 24mm soon love that they dont cost $500.
@@chrisvillarreal2752 interesting, so do you think the 26mm makes more/better power than the 28mm?
@@motabikeboy They make about the same but with the larger carb there was a bigger bog that was impossible to jet out.
@@chrisvillarreal2752recon a pe28 on a 160cc m2r kmx r should be about right?
Most of time sticky throttle is due to the actual throttle been to pushed on to the handlebars and causing friction loosen it up so it isn't touching the handlebar
I shall try that cheers
@@motomachinezuk8786 👍
If you wanted more performance why not go with the 28-30mm pwk flat side with power jet🤷♂️ I got a 28 pwk on my built 160 engine 👌
I wasn't as such looking for more power I felt the stock carb was holding it back high in the revs so kinda wanted to try improve its running and this carb so far seems way better that stock. I might try a flat side in the future so I can experience the difference if you understand me. Cheers for comment it is all noted for future reference 👍
Got one for my 140 and its insane
@@chrisvillarreal2752 I personally think they unlock the potential for stock 140s&160+, before the power delivery was good with the pe26 but now with the 28mm flat side pwk it’s 50x better🔥 sounds better too 😂
@@Ghost.living1 I agree it does open up the potential but makes it slightly harder to perfectly tune. Took me two days to finally get it to where I can dump the throttle in a corner in second and not get and bogging. Every where else is also damn near perfect. I did try the pwk 26mm and it worked pretty damn good too but doesn't have the same.... whats the word.... bark. It hits almost like a 250f with the 28mm. I know people talk shit all the time when people say that but these idiots aren't considering the bike weighs about 160lbs with an uncorked pipe. Shit goes! just threw in some protapers next will be 15w in the forks and done.
Hello mate thinking about buying one of these do you know if they are any good now?
Yeah I’ve got 1 I love it
@@taylorhud5988 same mate lol got it yesterday 👌
Would recommend nibbi 100% it unleashed the z155 engine. Snappy throttle response and seemed to rev out a lot faster 👌
Where was this carb bought from pls
Ebay mate
Hi buddy can you tell me where your green wire out of your stator goes to can't find any info anywhere and you seem to no what your on about no help anywhere else thanks lee
Hi I can't be certain without taking it off to look. Do you have a working bike but loose wire ? It could be the earth
@@motomachinezuk8786 I had a look at the rectifier regulater it looks like it should go there but it's not connected to anything the green wire out of the stator ?
its the neutral light wire for a dash@@leesmits8458
Hi, what scissor stand u using there?
This is my mates but I think its just the cheapest he could get from ebay . He's had it years
@motomachinezuk8786 I know you've had injuries of late but keep up the pitbike content! 🙏
Is there timing on the chain
Yes
@@motomachinezuk8786 where are the timing marks
Hi mate where did you purchase this from
Hi I purchased afew years ago now from wpbracing Web site
@@motomachinezuk8786 thanks mate I’ll take a look
I’ve gone to a 30mm molkt.. cheap 1 on eBay and I’ll be honest it’s just as good if not better than the nibbi I use to have. Another thing I’ve found with the 190 is water likes to get in where the flywheel and starter chain is so keep any eye out for that 👍
Does 30mm carbs fit on these bikes?
@@TheStressD yes they fit no problems 👍
Interesting I might go larger in the future and flat slide though.
Someone else has mentioned to me about water in that area mine seems OK at moment but will check again soon
Thanks mate
@@jamiesimons2583 That's cool. I was love looking at the Nibbi 30 and Molkt 30 that's only £19 on eBay
@@motomachinezuk8786 What's the difference between normal and flatside carb?
You might want to lube your throttle cable
Where did you get your nibbi carb from
Ebay
@@motomachinezuk8786 they sell them on Amazon would you recommend buying it from there?
@@taylorhud5988 it should be OK I never use amazon myself
@@motomachinezuk8786 where did you get your air filter from
And what’s it called I have the same bike what mm is it for the air filter
@@taylorhud5988 I can't remember size from top of my head sorry. I got from ebay again and it's uni
Hi mate, I have the same bike 190 beast bit I have the 212 kit. I am running the same carb and I had the same problem.
Mixer strew needs going in all the way and do a full turn back with and your air mixer screw need to screw fully in and 2 full turns and then you can play around with at that. Hope it help you out.
I've messed with it and seems somewhere close. Not sure what setting are as did on the move. Put a new spark plug in so I can see exactly what's happening but I do think it's rich if anything. Seems very strong low to mid especially. Hopefully edit and publish vid for tomorrow.
Cheers I've noted these settings as I will play with it again soon.
Thanks
Hopefully you will sort it bud. My runs like a dream mate, you can definitely tell the difference once its set up right. Looking forward to seeing it running.
@@tonyhenson7292 Did you just do the piston when you did the big bore kit or did you do other upgrades as well?
The first owner did the kit so it was already done, it wasn't running right I did the gearbox amd carb 13tooth front sprocket it is a wheelie machine for what it is. It well worth doing the 212 kit charges the power all together as I friend has the 190 and can tell a massive difference between bikes.
@@tonyhenson7292 Looks like I might have to get the kit at some point, do you think its got enough speed for the motorway and all that?
priming the bike does nothing btw the carb only draws in fuel when the piston is in motion
The carb not so good pilot too small
44 pilot jet 115 main jet middle clip on the needle
