But today I got a call form HR and she said that tomorrow I have an introduction call with client. Is this an interview and if it doesn't go well will they cancel my offer letter?

Chances hote h bhai early joining k. It's like if there is a need in your domain project and you are good to on-board. Then they will send a revised offer letter and may ask you to on-board
