bro i am from selenium. i had my 2nd attempt but i had a really bad sme. that asked me to do java program. like wtf is this bullshitu domain is Selenium. do they usually pass people in 2nd attempt. i was unable to do the code fully properly. what do u think are my chances. sme said my testing basics are good can u pls reply. i am worried
I don't know about other domains but I'm in full stack web dev domain . We have always had problems in every stage because there's almost no solutions for our domain online, nothing for ICT wagera , and also in our SME we were asked full code. Yes they asked us to Code in JS and HTML straight up , it was tough it's not easy. Totally depends on who takes your interview

Basically what they r doing is they hired many ppl from 2022 batch now business requirement is less so removing people thats it....others who r lucky cleared their interview...even though my interview went well they didnt pass me my othr batchmates who cleared interview already got DOJ I didnt get any kind of mail so must start looking for other jobs now. I lost my other company offers too. If i knew before I would never join cognizant at the first place, joining cognizant was a big mistake.
Whether we would be onboarded atleast before january 2023???

@@saitejayerra6465 just don't panic..Mine was ended on 30th may but they hv extended it for 2 more weeks bcz mentor gave us project in the 1st wk of june..and sme is happening after project submission.

All unsuccessful sme candidates have been rejected by Cognizant, and the company has also cancelled the ASL CIS role's onboarding. As far as I'm aware, the offers of the 1,000 campus hire candidates from the 2022 batch had recently been withdrawn after they failed the sme, and cognizant had squandered more than four months of freshmen's time by conducting numerous rounds of evaluation, including group discussions and telephone interviews. Even those that cleared the sme still haven't received word from DOJ. My advice to juniors is to not join cognizant and to stop waiting if they are unable to onboard.
