Sir, mujko cognizant join kiye Bas 10 days hue hai .. Aur 6th day per mujko mail aaya ki some hr from cognizant raise request to release me from my current project I was on PDP… and on my 10 day .. I got mail again from Talent supply chain that indicates I am on now virtual corporate deployment pool (VCDP) but on my OneCognizant profile I check it’s shows I am still on PDP. What type of email that is .. I am so confused and depressed .. please help sir.

Sir, whether before getting onboarding cognizant takes GD round because today there was my GD interview and they asks basic questions I think to check communication

Hi Bro
I have joined cognizant in sep 2023 as FTE and it has been 4 months now . But now I got offer from Accenture as Fresher with same package . I have no project in cognizant since last 4 months .
Should i leave vohnizant and join Accenture as fresher is a good option
Plz guide .
