Hi buddy, i found your video helpful, actually i am looking for project switch in cognizant, i am a PA with 1 year of experience and i need the release, cause things aren't going quite well for me bhaiya , i belong to it branch and was tagged to Support project as a fresher I had no choice but to take it , at starting everything went smoothly but then i wasn't able to cope up but can you please help me with this , cause i can't keep working on some place where I can't learn or grow my skills actually.

I complete my internship on 8th july in my self declaration doj is 9 September so I m have more than 1 month to onboard yesterday they have send one mail on Interns Pre-Onboarding Engagement in which we have revise some topic and we have to make one individual project which will be evaluated by them then we have to one Assessment after joining on 3rd day.

You can also add information about earned leave encashment in case of early release. Recently someone got early release initiated by HR and they deducted their earned leaves as adjustment for early release. Almost a month's salary in encashment was lost. This was despite HR confirming that there will be no deductions if the company is initiating early release.

I could not complete my cognizant training due to some family reasons but i have 30 days left , the my coach suggested me to send her an email regarding applying for CSD which i have to mail to her. So will i get a chance to attend CSD or should i be looking for a new job.

Early release and buyout are same?
Early release is something if your manager agrees. Buyout is like you pay for the days you want to get rid of it than decided (3months)

You can simply leave . You can inform your coach about it before leaving.
There a no restrictions on you, just drop a mail to your coach that you are resigning, and thats it
