    Hey hi , I joined cognizant on July 2021 and it's been 1.2 years now , I am deployed to support project , when I asked manager to deploy me to development project considering my skill sets , he said he will inform me about it. But I don't think he will do it. Joining Cognizant is becoming a big regret for me actually and I want to leave this job , but I don't even have a backup company , it feels like I am trapped inside this maze 😔.

    I have one question, could you please help ? If I accept any offer and joined the company.     One of my friends resigned from the MNC manager and forced him to work more than 9 hours. He was threatened by the manager not giving him an experience certificate is this true he was frightened.

      It cannot be. The company cannot hold back the relieving/experience letter. There is an employee grievance portal where employees can lodge complaints against such behaviour.
      Beware: lodging such complaints will also hamper how you are perceived by employers in the future.

    I have resigned from tcs having 2.7 years of experience,i was working from home.only one month is left but my manager and Hr is forcing me to come to Mumbai from dehli to serve notice period.but i can't go because of my parents health issue. But they are saying if u will not come we will extend ur notice period. What should I do for tht i don't want to go.

      They can't extend your Notice period. Just try to put excuses, it's for only months it will pass. Use all your sick leaves.

    Hi sir, I am planning for higher studies and currently have call from IIM Kashipur. But the final results will be out in May and depending on the waitlist it can be June also.       Submit a medical certificate stating that you have blood pressure and heart pain and make sure stress related to work is present on certificate and have been advised medication and rest for a week . Do this after reporting to hospital and admitting yourself for 1 to 2 days .
      Mail all medical details to manager and HR .
      Then come back after 1 week and simply work 9 to 5 . In case of pressure , repeat same medical condition and certificate .
      Utilize sick leaves in notice period .
      After that manager won't bother you else you have a strong case for 1 to 2 crore compensation .

    Hi, i have asked Leave of 2 month based on my medical conditions, i submitted my medical report, but my company didn't accept it and that's why I resigned, and i told that i will serve notice period only after i am fit and sound to work.     Sir I need ur opinion. I am now serving notice period in present company and I see many of employee has left the company by buying out partial notice period or waiver off notice period.So I am also confident that in my case also notice period will be waived off or I will get option to buying notice period.But now MD of the company has said that I have to served full notice period as because this is become bad practice in company to release employee early.     I am facing notive period issue . My company has 3 months notice period.but i am not able to serve more than 45 days as my family stay in north and i am currently staying on south of India. There are some medical issues bcz of that i want to leave early .but my manager they are not approving besides i gave pay out option of my notice.
    In my contract its mention
    "Subject to the remainder of this clause, your employment may be terminated by either party by
    giving notice as set out in the Heads of Terms, or payment in lieu of that notice."

      This is not possible in TCS. You can take your payslips and form 16 from ultimatix> Guess>Documents.

    Hi, bro. When I'm taking frequent sick leaves (1,2) in a week. They are saying you can't take sick leaves. until your Last working day.as HR Policy says & it may extend the release date.
    Please suggest?

    Sir iam a fresher in tcs my work location is mumbai but my prjct is there even in Hyderabad also I want transfer bcoz of my parents health issues can i submit medical certificates to manager and ask for transfer

      First of all please try to talk to your manager and HR regarding the situation. hope they will help you in this. Its a genuine issue. Please proceed. They will guide you in detail.
      In medical conditions they allow tranfer.

      Actually I first spoke with HR I will pay money 90 days later I told I don't have money to pay I spoke with my nager to seve 90 days notice period i told I will report duty on Monday onwards but yesrtday I mailed sir my health is not good iam not able to serve notice eriod due to my health issues but didn't got any response from HR and manger why shouldbi bro give me a slotuin

      @@raoshyam6899 bro they don't reply easily, please get your proper reports from authentic hospital and then mail them. My suggestion would be somehow try to serve np, take sick leave here and there and complete it.Hopefully it will work...All the very best.
