If in the HR round I disclose about both the abscond then the HR may not select us in the HR round only . Am I correct? Or there is a possibility for selection in the HR round

First check in the portal of epfo if this company is reflecting or not. Let them do their process stay silent if they get to know then tell them that you left that company because it is not relevant

What if candidate joins company and leaves in one month and join another company but never mentions that previous company?
Not an issue as a fresher they can do that but they may face issue in next company if pf account is there for both the company and in bgc they will get to know

First I joined some x company at February 24 as a fake experience person but there so much of pressure so i resigned there at August 2 it have 3 months notice period i said i can't serve but they repay amount for 3 months after will give exit but it's high amount am not paid.After that secondly i joined some local company there don't have any problem.But unxpectedly tcs offer came as a fresher that joining was September 19 but i have 3 months notice period of first x company it will over October 31...but the problem was they given salary upto October 31st at the same tym two salaries credited in tcs bgv it's given any problem or not?

Hi bro I worked in previous company for 1.4 years and left that but I have tried legal way to proceed and I informed my team lead formally about the resignation and they stop the process for one month and they give me unnecessary reason. Finally after one month I have Informed my HR about resignation and they asked me to serve one month notice period more and pay the bond amount. Which was not feasible for me at that time and they not given me any relieving letter or experience letter. My current employer know this situation and they promised me that they will add my previous experience in their experience letter whenever I will left this organization, and they will mention it. I have also all payslip, form 16 and Id card of previous company. Will I face any issue in the future? can you tell me please.
1st thing current company is not authorized to add the experience of previous job.If they are providing experience letter they will add experience or duration you worked in that company only.See to get the experience you need to show the releving letter of that company no other document will help here.

If they deny your experience you cant do anything...if you dont follow the exit process than your future is at your own risk.so in this case as you signed the bond agreement it is bettwr to have a discuasion for the letter
If you resigned to your company after that your company not cancel your visa and can the company owner put absconding case on you when you already send resignation letter to your company by email after resignation they put absconding case or no?

This is Ashwin, I have totally 4 years of experience in IT Industry.
In January Mid I joined a new company and I have put down the paper and I revoked it after few days. I have mentioned the reason as family business to my manager.
My query is when I switch to next company in future and while doing bgv how it will affect, I am worried that either HR or manager may give negative feedback to the future employer because of this.
And who will get the reference check email and in that email there will be a column called "Eligibility to Rehire" and I am afraid they might give "No" to that column.
Please provide the solution.
Hi aahwin in most of the company if people revoke their resignation they cannot resign for 1 year.so afyer that period you can resign and regarding your bgv the new company will look for your employment record they will not deep dive into your all detail what feedback they gave.many managers give negetive feedback but it really doesnot affect.if you have the skillset and you are selected in a company they will hire you by any mean and for reference try to have rapport with some colleagues whom you want to add reference.

I worked here for 3 months and I got a offer letter from good one MNC I'm joining this company as a fresher but the problem is PF if they get to know about my previous company surely they will ask me reliving letter.
Due to abscond it will not possible to get a letter... In this case what should I do.?

If your new hr is ok with the absconding case and still they are ready to hire you tgen go ahead and if you did not informed and you have already received offer keep silent if they get to know then tell them some story of accident or medical illness

What to do in the false cases of absconding?
I gave a resignation on 8th may and I missed to attend one meeting on 9th may. HR sent me an email that I have absconded the place and I need to pay 2 month of salary (equivalent to notice period) to them. What should I do in this case?
If you have not served NP and they ate ready to give you relieving letter pay the amount or else in future you will face problem to get a job
Same situation, I am also in It company and company sent me the absconding letter and then relieving letter but they also uploaded those documents on the alumni portal
@@KnowledgeStone are you kidding? I don't care about relieving letter from such companies. I asked told them that I never denied to serve notice period and they can take any action they want. As a result, they just didn't pay me the money from 1st May to 8th May. Other than that, they couldn't do anything.

In this case you have to remove experience from the resume or else tell the hr the entire story before any interview if they feel to hire you they will hire

Hi I joined a new company, my previous company has 2 months notice period, they consider my 1 month, and asked me to continue as part time with them, I agreed.
But after joining new company It becomes difficult to work as part time with them, but they are forcing that I have to complete the ongoing project. If I resign by mail and give them a handover by mail and quit, in that situation will that company could take any legal process? I didn't sign any contract, they only gave me the offer letter that I accepted.

If the notice period is 30 days in your company than no problem you can self transfer your pf from EPFO portal
Go to epfo portal there is a section of self transfer there you can initiate or i will come up with the video

If you are fresher and joined company A and now you have offer from company B, dont tell anything to B about A but if you are experienced please drop this idea of joining b or else you will have to abscond or buy out

If you dont have any records present in PF of your last company you can apply as fresher's

My case is :
1. I joined an MNC in chennai 1.5 months in back and now I got a job from big4 near to my hometown. I'm planning to abscond from the organisation.
2. I applied to the new company as a Fresher and have offer letter in hand.
3. In the first month even my UAN is not yet generated and I haven't got salary payslip so that i can know whether UAN is created or not.
4. I'm worried if UAN is generated and they ask me for my previous work then what would i say if I have done abscond.
5. I have also taken 50,000 as relocation expenses.
6. My notice period is 30 days but I don't want to serve that as my joining to new company is very near and I have to prepare a travel and collect documents for the same.
Please help
Talk to the current company hr,pay the relocation bonus and get a clean exit docs.Even if you absconded and the big 4 is not checking that experience you will face problem in future if you want to switch

1st of all please tell me if yoir pf account was there in that company if no than no need to worry and if yes please check in epfo portal if your previous employer is there or not. If it is there do inform hr that due to medical case you resigned and thats it.but do remember you can tell this only if your old company created pf account or else dont need to say anything

In that case you have to inform your hr before the interview it is better to tell the reason as medical issue.see you can even take risk but the chances are you may get caught for hiding this and they will scold you for not informing them so better tell them

I worked for a company A for around 3 years. After 2.10 months new manager joined, I was not at good note with him. I dropped my paper , he started harassing me, demoted me, the office environment became very unfavourable for me.
I decided to submit laptop, talked to senior manager and he released me from the process.
After that I was suppose to visit office campus and swipe out swipe in daily for 9 hours. I found this time waste. I started giving interviews.
total 3 days I served my notice period and I have resignation acceptance mail as well from manager and HR .
I have exit document as discharge letter from the company, I had to pay salary recovery as pert of LOP for not serving notice period.
I got selected now, just worried will my BGV fail or pass ?
My BHR said he did not receive application for BGV. There is some other team.
First of all for any experience consideration the company will ask for following documents..
1 offer letter
2 Relieving letter /resignationacceptence can be submitted in the time of joining but RL is the main doc
3bank statement or pay slip for last 3 months. If you have all these there will be no issue. But if you cannot give these then there will be problem. Now bgc team or hr will reachoit to you if anything is missing during bgc. If you have not received any call then you passed the bgc. So the waiting perion may be 2 months mac

Sir I have worked for only 2 months in a micro banking finance on my probation but I couldn't serve one month notice period and left the firm because of my personal family matters. There I was having PF. But don't know whether it is processed or not. I have left from the firm just 2 weeks ago. If I go to another bank for job will there be a problem for my career ? See in your pf details the bgc team will get to know so you cant change anything there.the best thing you can do inform the hr well in advance with the genuine reason of absconding
I have been working in a company for the past three months. This is my first job and as I didn't like the work environment, I decided to quit my job. I got an offer letter from another company and they want me to join within 2 weeks as I am a fresher. But my current company has a notice period of 30 days. But as I got a better opportunity I'll have to leave before that. My HR told me it's compulsory to serve notice and they are not willing to accept compensation also. I informed the HR of the new company about this and they are willing to hire me without relieving letter or experience certificate, if I join within two weeks The only option for me is to abscond. See if you don't have the pf account there you can abscond but if you go to new company absconding the current job may be in future you may face problem. So ask them for buyout resignation or show them any vague medical certificate to shortfall NP.Still they don't agree then you have to serve NP tell this to your new hr
@@KnowledgeStone I got the salary for three months and no money went to the PF account. I don't even know if they have created a PF account or not. I just know I got the CTC amount without deducting any allowance money.

You can get early release by medical reason only or else you have to convince your manager if they are ready to release then only and other way is abscond from company but dont do this.this step may spoil your career have patience serve the NP and join 2nd company dont take your career on risk just because the work pressure is high.

I never suggest anyone to abscond, thr reason is simple if you abscond then you are betraying your current company.So in this case always follow proper resignation even if you work there for 1 month.

See oit completely depends on hr if they feel they will make issue with your first company then they will call you if they feel it is ok to proceed then they will not bothered. But my advise no need to say anything to the hr right now if they come back then only tell them

Lets say you joined that company last month so if your pf account is created then you will face issue during bgc in next company,not your 2nd company.so if you have time check the epfo portal if the pf details are there then you will face problem in future.the best way I can suggest isif you didnt joined the new company go for negotiaton for the buyout.buy your release letter and join new company properly

You can buy out the experience latter of your current company.ask to HR i want to buy my experience latter.

You can abscond but dont mention this job in resume.nsr will not impact your career.you can apply as a fresher.

Hi sir, i had resign frm my post on 29th june , and my last working day is till 26th sept , HR accept accpt the resignation, but recently i did a mistake by claiming spectacle with fake bill. Hr ask for explanation, i simply accpt my fault. So now HR has mail me that please hold as of now, the resignation is revoked, will they terminate me or suspended me, i have worked for 8 year with the company and neva had any kind of action against me, but at the last moment i done a terribly wrong? They not provide pf for me uan also not created. After 6 month of gape working another company B for 8 month they provide pf and uan number also provide. Now I am joining top MNC company they conduct BGV, absconding from the company A will affect my new employment?

I understand what you are saying but, New company will consider me for interview, if I tell them about abscond company without hiding any details of that company.
See the risk is in both sides.if you hide and if they will get to know then they will not hire but if they know.everything from you they may still consider you for your truthfulness.but the fact is it is better to take risk by hiding that because many company dont do thorough bgc for freshers

If you want to join nd company you can abscond from here but remember you cannot leave the 2nd company because as you are absconding no company will hire you after this 2nd company.

Maine ek company me 7 saal kaam kiya hai. Maine 7th may 24 ko resign kiya tha. Hr ne 3 months ka notice period serve karne ko bola. Maine 14th june last date batayi thi. Manager ne accept nahi kiya. Maine aur 15 din extend kiye. Lagbhag 2 months serve kiye. Team leader, manager, Hod and hr se baat ki mujhe jaldi relieve karo. Meri 80 leaves baki hai usme se minus karo remaining notice period ki liabilities. But kisi ne nahi mana. Last date me maine mail kiya mera aaj last day hai, pls provide me relieve letter. To hr ne bola manager se approval nahi liya hai exit k liye hum abscond update karenge. Kya isse mere new company me problem aa sakti hai?
MNC ho to problem hoga.. company ka exit process manager team lead ke approval ke bina nahi ho sakta aapne 3 months notice period serve nahi kiya to aap absconding ho.New company me BGV me lafda hoga
Bro i joined in private bank insurance sales company and i completed one week of training and joined in job and worked for just only one day and due to some resaons i immediately left the job without resigning and im absconded . It depends on your certain thing.if pf account is created for you than there will be problem if no then you can apply anywhere as fresher

Sir i got job offer from a MNC last year and still I'm waiting for its OL. Meanwhile i worked for a HR Recruiting firm for 2 months and resigned via email. So, will that MNC will onboard me or not please guide me a bit about this, also if not then also give response.
See what I suggest here is to wait for next 2 months and side by side go for other jobs also.if your resignation is proper you will face no problem

Not at all they will do anything. Many Hr are just a puppet of managers. So forget about the past and move on. And believe me it doesn't matter what feedback they give if any company has requirements they will hire you at any cost. So the things you know all are myth
I joined company A one month back and I got better offer from company B as fresher in both the companies my onboarding is done in company B and I want to resign company A after induction in company B. First of all if B company is aware of your A company and want you to resign just resign and abscond as a fresher. You worked in A company for 1 month it will not create an issue but if you have not informed A company and resigned then there will be issue

In this new company, they don't provide Pf for the first 2 years, and after that, only they create Pf accounts, so I didn't face any problems at the time of joining. That BPO company had sent mail for the final settlement, and I also paid the amount, but they didn't sendrelieving letter and an experience letter. Two days ago (2024 Jan), I mailed them, asking for a relieving letter, but they said you have been marked as an absence of lien, so you can't get a relieving letter. For that, I sent a reply email. I paid the final settlement, so please provide a relieving letter. After that, I didn't get any replies. What should I do, sir?
Please check this with the HR nd escalate it to the higher people.As you paid the ammount for shortfall you should get this.Send reminder mail to every interval
And also check the offer letter as you are absconded what is the policy to follow, if it is mentioned you wont get RL in all condition if you dont serve the NP

Even if you got terminated you will get termination letter.As you said you paid NP recovery ammount ask for the letter of relieving

Let them come back to you as 2nd company details are there in PF they will know.so be ready to give a genuine reason why you left that company and if they dont come back dont tell anything

Hello sir, I have joined a company 2 months backs and in the last week I have texted my TL that I don't want to continue this job as I am getting health issues and soon I have joined another company. Now the problem is my previous company has sent me a warning email stating"you have been marked as NCNS and unauthorized absence is a serious misconduct, which warrants disciplinary action. You are requested to report to work immediately ,failing which we will be constrained to further action as per our code of conduct". Now what shall I do sir. If I do not serve notice period I guess I need to pay money of the notice period. And I'm afraid that they will take any legal action on me.
And also I have joined another company, would it be coming under moonlighting?

Right now even if you pay the money for reliving letter it will definitely overlap with your current company which is not of any use.You should have formally resigned over the mail so they would have the records. You have two options
1.You can either ignore there mail and concentrate working on current company or 2.Have a discussion with last company convince them.if you can get the RL before the joining date of new company and tell tgem you are ready to pay the buyout amount

See if you have properly left the company it will not cause any issue. It is completely upto you if you want to hide that experience but if they come back to you during bgc you have to share that company documents. Please tell me if you have pf account created there because from pf details they will know and of not then no need to tell them

Recently, I joined one company A and after 3-4 days I abscond the company A due to location issue and joined another company B and I have clear all the bgv to company B but Company A created pf account but I didn't take any salary. Now the Company A is asking to pay three month notice period otherwise you will mark as abscond.
What to do? I am very tens, now a day? should I pay the money or leave it and continue on my current job?
If you want to stay here for life long no need to pay the money but if you want to switch then you will face problem because of the pf account company A created.If you want to pay make sure the date of relieving letter should be before the joining date of B company
