SAP ABAP domain in Cognizant good or not??
Ok a geniune doubt . I have around 5 yoe in testing and earn a good enough salary and I have dependencies now. So if I want to switch to development or other high demand technology will they pay me a fresher salary ? Coz I know I will have to start from the beginning, suddenly I can't gain 5 years of development knowledge by studying online

Dude, while doing background verification, your new company will call your previous company, and they will ask about the job duties of that particular candidate from the HR. Every big company does this.
No one will tell project details and other stuff as these things are considered as confidential stuff
This is the biggest lie spread by the company itself, its called mass hysteria which is followed by mostly every company.
No one can share their tech stack, responsibility etc
