  • The Time Device in my Medievil walkthrough.
The penultimate level. A lot of the puzzles here involve time in some respect, whether it be jumping over clock hands, reading a clock face and making the time match somewhere else, or jumping on what resembles a brain. The enemies here are floating eyeballs, which are a lot stronger than they look, as well as an upgraded version of the Musketeer type enemy from the Sleeping Village.
The first segment involves matching the movable clock with any clock faces you see to open up passages. You'll need to go around the left first for the Time Rune and some Chalice completion. The brain type things are bouncy, use them to boost up to the clock, where you can change the hands to represent the time you see on the clock faces.
The next bit involves a train. I'd go for the Rune first, and unlocking the Chalice first though. This I believe is the left path of the three after the mechanism with several swinging arms. Go up the Pipe and arrange the Lasers so they form a rectangle. This will destroy the surroundings of the Chalice, and the force field blocking the Life Bottle at the start of the level, so go and claim that after picking up the Rune here.
Go back to the train and go along the Earth Rune route. Pretty simple. Get the final rune, and then head along that route. Here you'll find two switches to unlock the exit gate to Zarok's Lair, but first pick up the Chalice before heading out.
The final reward is 3 Energy Vials, which I think fills roughly 2 1/2 Life bottles.
I'd head back to the Gallows Gauntlet now if I were you, restore your health here in preparation for the short (but life consuming) final bosses.

"Using a dark magic called 'science'..."
I just love funny little clever writing like that in this game! haha

Bro this game was my childhood, never finished it tho and couldn't understand english either. Years later (like 7 years ago) i finally finished it and the humor in this is top notch, clever joke with the dark magic called science lmao

This is probably the most puzzling level of Medievil

hmm the sleeping village can be more puzzling if you don't know where to go.

Woah, this level is possibly the oddest as it doesn't fit in with the other levels at all, but the song, aka time device is so amazing and I could listen to it forever

It was meant to be part of Zarok's underground city of madness as it were, but time and financial restriction for the developers made it so that they had to cut things out. So we got this instead, let's hope Medievil Remastered does a better job on the levels

This world & music are a craziness. Zarok is a genius, or a mad one?

Специцально смотрел видео, чтобы понять как взять три сундука золота на небесном выступе. Сам все время допрыгнуть не мог
