What a searing and enduring image, her looking straight down the barrel of the camera for that video. We all have our struggles, she was so authentic about hers. And now here we are. It is difficult to not feel at one, and to love this very, very special woman. She only knows how to be a 100% real. I know that she isn't only singing about Argentina, and only she can know who or what inspires her to put such depth into her presences on stage. I hesitate to call them performances, because that would infer she is taking on the persona of the copier of someone else's vision of a song. She always was, and always will be totally, and authentically, Sinead O'connor. This is the most subdued that I've ever seen her, but did anyone else notice how her "rage" almost surfaced for a few seconds? Love is a greatly overused word, but I love her for her uncommon pureness and ability to connect with us mere mortals at a beautiful level.
