And at the safe house, after Vowrawn says, "Your men stared into the face of death and did not flinch," he presents Quinn to you, saying that he should be commended, taking on the assassin "with no mortal concern of his own." Quinn then says, "I'm making up for a past indiscretion." That's how my meetings with Vowrawn went.
Oh, Vowrawn. He reminds me of that crazy great-uncle who you just can't help but love. (Which is fitting because Tremel was my Sith Warrior's father figure, only makes sense Vowrawn would have some kind of paternal like role) He always sounds like he's having so much fun and excitement!
Pretty much this. I completed Sith Warrior story for fourth time a few days ago, and having level 70 powers on a planet level-locked to 12 meant that poor old Baras died in two attacks. Thanaton pretty much same thing. This wasn't the first time I did either story, first was back in vanilla, and that was something a bit more similar to this.

I think my fight with baras was bugged. First time i fought him he had 2800hp, and was lvl 12. Then after the little cutscene where he takes off his mask, he still had 2800hp. Probably the most anticlimactic boss fight ever...

If it continued on and your toon saw him unfit, he would surely take on the emperor himself. He's definitely no white knight but he is not a blind hitman.
@ShockingGaming The Emperor was "killed" by the Jedi Knight at the end of his/her story line. So in future patches or expansion they might expand this storyline.
What happened a few years later is Baris returned and imprisoned your character on the same planet where you character screamed "BARISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

Great storey arch. Have to admit I do prefer the dark side option for the final scene. I went all dark for my previous SW. Next time round both light and dark, I'm going to remain mostly neutral then passive aggressive when I find out Baras is keeping things from me. Then when I become the Emperor's wrath I shall unleash my full fury.
Colten Armermann that was my first intention aswell, Dark for Sith. Light for Jedi. But I found if you mix it up, it can get quite interesting. Of cause I never do anything that goes against their moral code. For example as a Jedi I would never kill someone unnecessarily. But a mercy killing, Agent Galen (not sure that's spelled right) I would. Because I find that option to be the most honourable. Even though it's a darkside choice. And as a Warrior, I spare the Jedi on Balmora and have her sent to Baras. Because it benefits our cause.

They're all canon I think, they all intertact with each other, and none of the Imperial stories end in anything that would stop the "canon" events from happening.

I took Quinn because I felt it was the way he could prove his loyalty to me after betraying me. Standing with me against Baras was his redemption.

I only played one light side character, the Jedi Consular. Never felt so icky. All my other republic and sith characters maxed out dark side.

That armor can be purchased at level 1 it is adaptive armor, you just need to have enough cartel coins to buy it.
