SWTOR: Shion Story. Sith Inquisitor Neutral Ending HD (SPOILERS)

- This is the ending of the Sith Inquisitor storyline. Read more for some jokes and serious explanations.
Lord Shion finally confronts Darth Thanaton in the Dark Council chambers to claim his rightful glory.
His armor is the Columi set from PVE. Darth Mortis also seems to share the same fashion tastes.
It is not a coincidence Darth Mortis finishes Thanaton, since Mortis and Shion are both part of "The Ancient Mystic Order of Big Pauldrons & Funny Hats" who since ancient times secretly ruled the Sith Empire, force choking the ignorance that obscures the light of knowledge and truth!
For those interested, Shion is a Sith Sorceror, specialized in healing.
Also, the Darth Occlus title (not Occulus as most people think) was given to me for being neutral. I was 0 in alignment with 6550 light and 6550 dark. Most people believe the title is earned by being Light V, but it seems Occlus is the neutral title. I was both surprised and delighted to finally see it, all the videos I watched on youtube were either Darth Nox or Darth Imperius.
For the last part of the video, after the Dark Council meeting but before meeting with my followers I did the Black Talon 5 times to gain enough light points to reach Light I score. With it I was able to redeem the ghosts, being neutral is not enough. Now I'll have to be extra naught to compensate. - Hry

Darth Nox - Dark.
Darth Occulus - Neutral
Who is Occulus again? I swear I have heard that name before. Not familiar with Imperius. If you could indulge me a bit of education, on Star Wars fan to another I'd greatly appreciate it. :)

@@Peidmonte89 this is super late to say something but look at it this way, Darth Occulus(sp?) is basically the one who is impossible to know where he stands you are not honorable or fair as Darth Imperious(sp?) or twisted/cruel/sadistic and power hungry as Darth Nox. As Occulus(sp?) you re basically the wildcard of the 3 an in my personal opinion the most dangerous of the 3 endings. Tho occulus(sp?) for my is a shitty name.

Declares himself ruler of the Sith and has evil purple Sith eyes less than 5 minutes later.
LOL. Now that's what you call neutral.
True mastery of the Force requires an open mind and not a narrow view. Knowledge is power. Emotions give strength, but require focus. The ghosts served Shion well in the end, so he rewarded them accordingly. His philosophy is quite simple, serve him well, and reap the rewards, cross him and get ready to die a gruesome death.
In the end he is in there for himself, nothing more nothing less. He won't kick the puppy but he won't hug it either unless any of those options serve his goals.
My idea for Occlus is quite similar, except he will do things out of the kindness of his heart. He will, however, expect you to do things for him if he asks for a favor in return. He will also not hesitate to use Dark Side methods to achieve Light Side goals. The goal of the Light is Order and Peace, but Occlus will use the arcane powers of the Sith, as well as treachery and superweapons, to achieve that peace. Heck, my version of Occlus hates some of the Sith and the Republic Senate because they're both corrupt. He secretly funds both Darth Malgus and the Dread Masters to weaken both ruling parties, he salvages and helps rebuild Imperial Intelligence, while at the same time, he buys slaves in bulk from both Imperial and Hutt space, liberating them and hiring them for his new army, having the Grand Champion of the Great Hunt as well as Mandalore train them to be the new Imperial forces. In secret, of course-away from the prying eyes of the Dark Council and the Senate. To them, he's just some weirdo babbling about prophecies and buying slaves for construction projects.
After Zakuul trashed the galaxy with its fleet, Occlus waits for a few more years, then he rises to the challenge, having kept his fleets and forces out of the fighting until he managed to rebuild the Star Forge and amass a whole navy complete with Silencer weapons as well as the Gauntlet superweapons. He then proceeds to lay waste to Zakuul's fleet by blowing them up with both the Silencer superweapon and using the Gauntlet to destroy ships in hyperspace. He also uses the Desolator weapon, whose schematics he stole from the remains of Darth Angral's warship, and he fires it on Zakuul as vengeance for the destruction Zakuul wrought upon the galaxy. At this time, the Republic, under Darth Revan, had a cease-fire agreement with Emperor Arcann, with both of them agreeing to hunt down Valkorion, and Occlus takes advantage of that by citing that Revan and the Republic are puppets of Zakuul, rallying many neutral and even Republic worlds to his belt; worlds that suffered greatly at Zakuul's hands. In short, he's an evil, manipulative bastard, with good intentions and tons of popular support. He still loses at the end, though.........
In short, my version of Occlus is akin to an Old Testament Angel-be good, and he'll protect you. Be bad, and expect something as bad as the Plagues of Egypt to knock on your door. In the end, he sees both the light and the dark as necessary. The Dark Side brings knowledge, which is power. The Light Side brings wisdom, which is control. Wisdom with no power is just mere sophistry. Power without control is nothing more but a waste. And Occlus sees things that way, at least in my tale.

The story of this game still amazes me. It's the reason I subscribed again. Thanks for showing the endings. It might be a spoiler, but it feels different when ending the story with your own character.
Bah, you were far to merciful. I would have kept the souls as an added source of power. Us the Emperor's own tools as he did and enslave the souls of the dead to feed on endlessly for immortality.
And become a new Emperor.
Relying on others for strength could be considered a weakness in and of itself. Just as a ritual exists to bind the ghosts, so too might there be one to remove them from somebody else.
If a Sith grows comfortable with their power and then their rival suddenly takes it away from them, what are they to do then?
What if the Inquisitor absorbed Vitiate's spirit?

He just did that under Valkorian name and appearance.
But if Inquisitor did that without Tenebre/Vitiate/Valkorian's permission,than in discussions about who is more powerfull,Sidius or Vitiate,we would see arguing about:"Who is more powerfull,Sidius or Darth Imperious/Ocluss/Nox?" instead.

Well, my skill tree changed quite a bit since I made the video, specially after 2.0. I'm usually a healer, so almost all the points are spent in Corruption, but I also spent a few on lightning, to lower the cost of my force skills, and increase my force pool, also increase the amount of damage my force bubble can soak (thus, not needing to heal as often).
It depends on your alignment. Nox is Dark Side, Occlus is Neutral, and Imperious is Light Side.
For those wondering about the UI, I copied it from the trailer of the patch that introduced the UI customizer, basically I made quickslot bars 3 and 4 to be 3 rows of 4 buttons each, keeping the important skills on the first 2 bars, and the little ones that I barely use on the small ones. Now however I use a slightly different UI, all my bars are 3 rows and 4 buttons long, because I use a Logitech G600 and I find that visual display to be very effective to know which button I have to press.
its a Black-Red crystal, several ways to get it, you can get a Rakata Mainhand in Empire side. In my case, it was a Battlemaster Mainhand, but those no longer exist. There are also Black-Red crystals for sale at the pvp vendor near the mission terminal. However I think they will go out soon when 2.0 comes out. There are rumors about the Black-Red crystal now dropping from the new level 55 operation, Scum and Villany.

Its the Columi Force-healer set. You get it by running Hard Mode Flashpoints at level 50. Now I'm keeping the set for the looks but upgrading the mods with Black Hole gear.
You can, right after Xalek kills the other guy, you can use the force to trick him into letting Xalek pass the tests of the academy or you can just kill him. That's after the storyline part in Voss I think.
Its the Columi Force-Healer, either you use 67 columi commendations, or you get an Unassambled Columi Force Master Robe token after finishing False Emperor Hard Mode.
The Columi Force-Master chest piece looks the same. (this one being for DPS Sorcerers)
It looks like the old Tionese set, which you used to get at 50. Its been phased out, but I'm sure there are other sets that look like it. I recommend TOR Fashion if you want to track down something similar.

You are right, it has to do with that:
Lightside: Imperius (likely because a lightside inquisitor is mostly there for the people of the Sith Empire)
Darkside: Nox (the latin form of Nyx, meaning Night or Darkness)
Neutral: Occlus (meaning "hidden" or "hidden intentions", likely a reference to a hidden agenda, or hard to discern motives guiding the inquisitor actions)

Well, I got it from my battlemaster lightsaber. But right now you can probably find it in the GTN as since 2.0 its a craftable color. You will need to be level 50.

I remember when i first played this game on my old crappy PC the characters looked animated cgi, now that my uncle got an actual gaming pc i have too say given the detail and graphic increase it really is a huge difference, that said This game really is worth playing and aside from Star Trek online I'm really impressed.

Well, I'm not sure if simply being in the neutral range is enough, in my case I had 0, and not because I was looking for it, just a coincidence.
I had the chance to kill Harkun, but I found it more fitting and humiliating to let him live knowing he is going to hate every second of his life serving a former slave.
As for the Tomb of Naga Sadow, its a great place for new players to explore the joy of tossing enemies into endless pits :) Pull, lure, then toss them like the ragdolls they are.

To me the old gear looked much better than what came after, at least in the immediate after. They were those armors that looked like coral growth or looked a bit like a mishmash of things... great if you are the swamp thing or a guy who likes to collect trash, but not good if you plan to play a regal looking guy.

What I mean by the skill points is, if you're at the level cap and you do something that would award skill points if you WEREN'T max level, what happens to thise un-earned points? Do they go into your Legacy pool, do they vanish altogether?
I'll keep the armor bit in mind. But, I DID end up stealing your GUI and modifying it to my own needs. I put my Companion skill bar below my own bars and his health bar above the Social bar. If you'd like, I can take a screenie.
Darth Baras in a nutshell.
Nah, Shion does some exercise, eats healthy food most of the times. Not like Darth Baras, who only eats deep fried food and his only exercise consist on getting up from the couch to the toilet.

Its the Sith Sorcerer Columi Set. It was removed from the game some time ago, although I heard they put it back on the cartel or something like that, I don't know for sure as I no longer play the game.

Albert Calinescu Yes, same for sith warrior or consular... don't know about knight. Playing as a neutral, you are walking on path of revan, path of balance.

make balance between light and darkness, then you become netural.

now i don't have the answer for that, but at default it's like 8000 8000.
azzzanadra When i was sith warrior at the lake that shows your reflection, and i was balanced at about 2000 dark 2000 light All it did was show the dark reflection! so whats up with that?
probably because you are a sith, it will decide dark for you.
