I thought he was going to say having a smoke and some coffee. BTW, I had that haircut back in the 70s.
Frank reminds me of that one Italian guy in your hometown who is always keeping it real.

its called vipassana meditation and its the best thing to ever get somewhere, which is inside yourself. even frank knew that we have to work on our mental health, without knowing how to.

Ironically he was a chain smoker and I just can’t buy that activity as one born from good “mental health”. Regardless of my opinion on tobacco, he sure was a great innovator!

...but on the other hand: if everything in the world worked fine we all would have a good mental health because of that, and having a good metal health is the end and everything's working is the means. Not the other way around.
reinhardt well, somebody's fucking it up for everyone, because the effect of bad mental health is the lack of a sense of humour, and you can see that everywhere these days. Grumpy people are all around us. Unsatisfied people who are not getting their entitlements. One day you'll be fined for laughing, a hundred dollars or two weeks in jail with serious criminals who only seem to laugh at other people when they fuckup, and they sound like a pack of hyenas because they're not really laughing.
I disagree, it's just the nature of being self conscious and dealing with the shit life throws at you. No matter what happens, life will always create problems, and you'll always have anxieties about what could happen in the future. Good mental health is being able to cope with them well, continually grow to become stronger, to stop holding on to shit in the past and to stop being fearful of your inevitable vulnerabilities. It's also to stop being afraid of what you don't know, and to willingly explore that for it's utility (something ol frank knew quite well).
My idea of a good time is a Healthier Planet 🌍
With a STRICT application on procreation.
