- Time is my biggest enemy right now. It seems like as soon as I get started on a project in my lab, I have to stop what I'm doing and get going for other obligations. Because I am new to the Hermes Lite 2 Plus I did not go into great detail of every step along the way. If I did, trust me, it would be a lot of me talking out of my ass lol. Thank you sir. In this profile I used a noise gate, Sonitus 6 band parametric EQ's, a couple of Cakewalk mastering plugins, and some compression. I tossed it all together rather quickly for my friend so he could have a starting point and to get on the air right away. And yes, the Heremes lite 2 is and Thetis is amazing!

Freezing my ass off up here lol! Ya, pound for pound and price to price, unbeatable. The software is where the magic happens and for those who don't mind working lightly with computers, it is definitely the way to go. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the fellas who tirelessly keep improving the software. Amazing!
@KP68videogates it's been cold here. Been in the negatives for 4-5 days strait. Yesterday was 12 and today is gonna be 23. Gonna be a hear wave lol. I might have to get me one and try it out
@@124nebraska Definitely worth checking out. If you've never worked with SDR technology, take your time and it will all work out in the end. Once you start to see the capabilities of Thetis software you'll also see how obsolete physical radio modifications have become. No more changing out components and soldering. It's all in the software.

Cakewalk easy to use? I have live professor already. Just curious which ones simpler in your opinion? Wish you were closer… lol this stuff is overwhelming at times. Thanks for your time.
@@rockhaller3899 Hello rockhaller. I've never worked with Live Professor so therefore I cannot say which one is easier. Anything at first can be overwhelming, trust me I know, but over time and with persistence it becomes second nature. For me, Cakewalk is very simple to use and comes with a lot of great plugins 😁
