Personally I think Biden is too old, but I've registered that many people in the US blame him for inflation, high gas and energy costs as well as supply chain issues. This was a growing problem all over the world even before the invasion of Ukraine, and this war definitely doesn't help. Norway is the second largest oil producer in Europe, still we now have the highest recorded prices in history.

I saw a British documentary at home in the UK at least 40 years ago where a reporter was travelling around rural parts of the USA talking to people. One person I particularly remember was a white guy in the south of the country who told the BBC reporter that slavery never happened. He said the black people made it all up so white people would feel sorry for them. This was a level of ignorance you can't really argue against. Well, I thought, at least there can't be many like him. But there are, lots of them and they now have cult figure to adulate.
