I have some questions. I know you started a legal charity in the Philippines, I’d like to know what is the legal process.
I’m in the USA right now but Cebu is my other home.

First you have to register for a non stock-non profit corporation to the SEC then when you get your certificate you go to the DSWD where there are a lot of paperwork to fulfill depends on your kind of charity operation, like registration to the BIR, and the Business Permits from the City/Municipality where your office be based, then if you solicit donations need to secure Solicitation Permit from the DSWD as well, its basic but a lot of paperwork required and to maintain in reporting to DSWD annually.
