Thanks for stating your mode.
5:21 I don't think you understood the situation correctly. The car slowed down because the car in front was slower. As soon as your car saw faster traffic ahead again, it accelerated again.
This is called keeping a safety distance and should not be changed.
It might be hard to see from your perspective but there was a car close behind when there was ample room in front. This tends to create a cutoff event, annoying cars behind and could potentially lead to an accident or hostile situation.
Of course he doesn’t understand, he is trini, am sure it’s his first Tesla and he only drive Toyota before.
My 11.4.4 also shows improvement. Neural net?
Definite improvement with some slight steps back. There are some neural nets but not completely end to end as yet.
5:57 please always disengage and report stupidly unsafe stuff like this. The car should always keep a 3-second safety distance to cars in front, which may be reduced to a 2-second safety distance, if it can't otherwise find a gap. But we're talking about 200ms distance here or so
This is one of the situations where slowing down, if traffic allows/safe, is appropriate for changing lanes. Mark did note that he would have himself employed safer driving behaviour. While I see your point about a car possibly being stopped on the off ramp, that's certainly not something that I would have predicted, as it would be highly unlikely. And, that would have been something Mark could have seen past the left side of the truck as Mark was planning for the exit.

Thanks Grayson! We're aware of this, but have not been able to verify it applies to FSD Beta improvements.
@spicytech From info received, yes it is routed to FSD. But....
Thanks for the video, Mark. Sorry, I gotta say that I'm not a fan of your transitions.
Thanks for the feedback Kevin! Any suggestions you'd like to see more of?
6:08 absolutely crazy maneuver. I wouldn't even thought about allowing this. You can't see shit in the new lane. If someone has stopped there, you would crash into him with 100 km/h.
There's zero chance to survive something like this.
Please be more cautious.
