- Don't really get to weld carbon steel as much, so for this episode we are going to do something special. We are running a low hydrogen rod called "KOBE" rod made by Kobelco, a Japanese company. Hope this helps someone out there. Thank you guys for yalls time. Share this video with your friends. Let me know what yall think. Peace

You a badass jorge. Definitely someone i look up to for welding 👍🏽
This made my day budd. I appreciate your support man.
6013 and 7016 are, without a doubt, used worldwide. Most countries would use E6013 with cellulose for root pass. Their E6013s have a better formula than my first titania rod which was nothing like that 75/25 mix for MIG welders.
Yes, pure titania like straight argon MIG can't weld everything.
👍
Very nice. Thanks

Wow era tudo que eu precisava 🧑🏭❤️🔥 Great vídeo
Saludos irmao
Hell yeah brother love the videos man keep it up!!!!
Thanks Victor. I really appreciate the support brother.
Nice 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
7016 and modern 6013s definitely make more sense for every position. 7010 and 8010 are for pipelines only. I'm part plate welder by the way. The toughest thing I ever welded was sheet.
👍
You are very good at this
Thank you Stick Welding
Never disappoint keep it up primo 🔥
Thanks brother. You a real one homie. Saludos.
@@VantageWelding I’m always learning I appreciate the videos
@@armandocontreras4069 I’m glad this channel can be useful for some. Thank you for watching

Saludos amigo 🇲🇽
what’s the pipe clamp you’re using. looks great
Sawyer sells this clamp. 1-1/2”-4”. Life saver for sure
I agarres welding this year in high school welding class , im good at stick , but just cant get the hold of mig ive tried going nací 1/2inch bit the weld comes out like its not flat on the metal , HOPEFULLY YOU UNDERSTAND AND HELP ME ANY TIPS WORK!
Good morning by the way !.
If it’s mig go down hill with it. On the vertical. If it’s fluxcore, weld it uphill budd.
@@VantageWelding thanks man!!.will do.
7016 root rode wich polority we can do please reply
You can do both both positive and or negative.
Aye buddy have you tried the blue demon 7024 rods? I thought they were pretty good for fab work
no brother, only the Kobelco brand. I'm sure blue demon has some quality rods. Not my preferred procedure to be honest. lol
@@VantageWelding yeah I like them rods for farmer fixes they put a lot of iron down in one go so it's super nice for filling in holes and big gaps. Is kobleco any good? Never tried them before
@@johndowe7003 man I would of never thought of using this rod like that but it makes sense. Would be a much better choice than 6010 to fill in gap for strength purposes
You can cheat when it isn't anything serious and flyyyyyy through a weld with 7024 on the rollout wheel.

@@botsbass842 I’m sorry I didn’t understand your comment.
Esa es máquina 💪💯 ese 7016 se puede sustituir por el 7018 3/32 ?
No carnal.
It just happens brother.
Perhaps you can start uploading videos so you can show the world your awesome skills.
You could simplify the root pass if you werent trying to fill in the grand canyon
Try it and make a video. I’d love to see itnn
