I watched Yes Theorys new video on Africa last week and it stood out to me that he asked what they needed (they said a well for clean water), but then never followed through with anything. Thats why I support you Indigo Traveller, every single place you visit you seem to leave a long-term positive impact. You don't just forget the people. Sean from Haiti has 365 patreons right now. The orphanage YOU built in Nigeria. Seriously Nick, when I can't see the good in this world any more, I just think about you or put one of your videos on.
I follow both creators for many years. YT and IT are different when it comes to content and story telling. Nick is a one person journalist and goes to places where many don’t go and talk to locals and share their stories. The Yes Theory team is inspiring to seek discomfort and I’m curious to see what other Africa content they will push out as I love Africa. Yes theory could use their platform to help the locals they come across in Africa and maybe they are in a different way like inspiring people to travel to these places… I think they are just seeking discomfort while story telling. Both channels are inspiring but Nick is using his platform to help the people while spreading awareness on what’s going on in the world. Love both channels.
We need we want we deserve! Give me give me get me! So a whole nation of supposedly a superior race can't dig a well? Can't clean up can't create jobs? Etc. Hmmm? Lazy?
He build no orphanage home in Nigeria
@ilovejewelyn no, yes theory are now rich travel bloggers that only interact with the common man when it can make them content. I wouldn't expect you to understand though. Looking at the titles of your videos I can tell you live a very privileged life as well. Just rich people drinking the kool-aid of other rich people. They don't seek discomfort any more, they seek $$$ and fun.
Check out Kurt Caz also!

Hi Nick,
It's nice to see you bringing to light the struggles in Ghanaian slums...But I'd like you to have a more balanced video that also portrays the beautiful part of the country. Yes, there are obvious challenges...but there are beautiful places in Ghana too. This is important because the notion that Africa is full of hardship is only reinforced in the minds of those who have never been here...
My humble submission
Not a lot of Ghanaians know these places, which means the slums were deliberately highlighted 😂
his whole channel is all based more on the bad parts or people who are suffering, BUT still showing their human spirit. He NEEDs to show these parts so people won't be ignorant about their own universal problems and issues, but not forget the truly innocent in other parts of the world.

This is my first time watching your video and I must confess I’m very intrigued. I just recently started vlogging and I’m doing the exact same thing but going farther into town. I’m Ghanaian and I was born and raised in the same slums you shot this documentary(Teshie). My first school is even really really close to where the fisher folk shack is. I’m lucky to have been part of the 1% that are able to excel and make it outta the slums. The secret? Education (School). It’s the only deciding factor. I mean there are other factors like being very good at sports or maybe a talent in music. But that’s super rare. Anyway, great piece of work. From a Film Maker’s perspective, this was very well executed and I need to commend how well planned this production was executed. Im pretty positive you had to grease a few palms to make these happen but the end result was absolutely worth it. I’m motivated. Next time you visit Ghana. I’d love to host and collaborate. Cheers Mate
