Nick is a one person journalist and goes to places where many don’t go and talk to locals and share their stories. The Yes Theory team is inspiring to seek discomfort and I’m curious to see what other Africa content they will push out as I love Africa. Yes theory could use their platform to help the locals they come across in Africa and maybe they are in a different way like inspiring people to travel to these places… I think they are just seeking discomfort while story telling. Both channels are inspiring but Nick is using his platform to help the people while spreading awareness on what’s going on in the world. Love both channels.

This is my first time watching your video and I must confess I’m very intrigued. I just recently started vlogging and I’m doing the exact same thing but going farther into town. I’m Ghanaian and I was born and raised in the same slums you shot this documentary(Teshie). My first school is even really really close to where the fisher folk shack is. I’m lucky to have been part of the 1% that are able to excel and make it outta the slums. The secret? Education (School). It’s the only deciding factor. I mean there are other factors like being very good at sports or maybe a talent in music. But that’s super rare. Anyway, great piece of work. From a Film Maker’s perspective, this was very well executed and I need to commend how well planned this production was executed. Im pretty positive you had to grease a few palms to make these happen but the end result was absolutely worth it. I’m motivated. Next time you visit Ghana. I’d love to host and collaborate. Cheers Mate
