can you do an updated workout video just focusing on getting great abs? i know nutrition is also important but i can't seem to get my abs flat all the way (my lower belly is the problem area)
Ok! I am not sure if you did one already, but can you guys please make a video on how to stop sugar craving? I don't mean the typical rules like reach for fruits instead or chewing gum, or getting distracted. I have a very high sweet tooth. I tried to do the cheat day once a week, but I actually end up overconsuming because I haven't had it for long & it results n feeling tired due to overcosuming a lot of it. I'd really appreciate if you help. it's the story of my life :/ thanks, take care :)
i just got the Beach Babe DVD and really excited for it! I definitely need help building a nutrition plan. But I can't have seafood or tofu of any kind and i'm worried that you have a lot of that in your Nutrition plan. Do you? If so, what can I do then?

Once you have some fat build up in the area like underneath your bum and on the side of your thighs, how diffucult is it to actually get rid of that? Would it be easier to focus on full body work outs and a good nutrition plan, or to actually focus on the problem area?
i honestly wish i could afford the tone it up diet plan. i was in great shape in highschool and gained close to 40 pounds since being out. i need help getting back in shape and ive been doing some of your work out videos from youtube but wish i could afford the nutrition and diet plan. makes me kinda sad its so expensive.
