I missed you girl! i discovered this amazing waffle recipe that i wanted to share!
1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond milk
1 egg
and put it in the waffle iron! i put some dark chocolate in it and top it off with honey and cinnamon! such an amazing recipe i discovered and thought i would share!

The two spots I have a hardest time toning up are my inner thighs and the "bat wings" on my arms! I feel like my biceps and the front of my arms are toned but not this underneath part. Any moves for these would be great!! Can't wait for bikini series :)

Please make the Perfect Fit products available in the UK! I can't find a protein powder that is as clean and healthy as Perfect Fit.
Can you include modifications or tips for those of us who are just getting started? Do we do fewer reps or modify moves, etc. It can be a little intimidating to jump in when you're currently a couch potato. Thanks!
If you've been working out a lot and lifting weights or anything that has to do with strength just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so take a before pic always because just because the number on the scale might not be where you want it, it how your body looks... there's a difference between say (just an example) 150 lbs of fat and 150 lbs of cut, tone, and lean muscle! I have a love/hate relationship with my scale haha!!!

hello girls! i'm signed up for the drop 10 challenge and i have a question regarding hiit workouts. i'm a 21 year old female and i had a hip replacement last march. i'm not allowed to run or jump with my new hip as it may cause damage or tare. the goal is to have my replacement for another 40-50 years without damage so running is out of the question. is there any exercises i can do in replacing the running/hiit workouts? thanks

LOVE HANDLES! I know it's mostly what you eat but if there's any moves or workouts for love handles, or the back, to slim tone and shape for a sexy back/shoulders. Sounds perfect =) love you guys glad your back!

You have an amazing selection of videos, but I would REALLY love it if you included more focus on the inner thighs rather then the other parts. My thighs are getting extremely toned, but my inner thighs are still a little jiggly :/

I just sprained my ancle playing soccer, it's not too bad but I thought it would be cool and challenging for you to come up with a workout (full body if possible) where the ancles are not involved. Just a thought :) Thanks and love from Switzerlaaaand!
This is a personal question and idk if its posted on your blog but I was just wondering how much y'all weighed. I have started working out for a few months and I've just gained and its frustrating! I'm an exercise science major so I know the chemistry behind it but its still annoying!

You ladies are the best!! Would love to see a workout specifically for cinching the waist which iOS perfect for spring and summer!! Also a weighted workout to tone the entire back! Also great for bikini season and us #TIUbrides!! :-)
