I am 14 and don't play a sport either! This workout is perfect to do :) And to not feel fat ( I know how you feel) just don't eat a lot of processed food and try to eat all natural!

i'm 16 and i don't play a organized sport. i'm doing these workouts so i feel confident in a swim suit at camp this summer especially cause my best guy friend who is also my crush will be at camp( hopefully i will be dating him by then). we actually met at the camp we are going to like six years ago and as of this school year he is one of my best friends. so to sum that long comment up i'm doing this for confidence nothing more nothing less

in my pilates class, my instructor did the starfish exercise and she said that doing it on your elbow is a good modification

I would love to see some workouts for the "Transversus Abdominis" muscle. ive heard that when you dont workout this muscle you run the risk of developing a Squared Torso (straight up and down) instead of the Hourglass Shape. Love your Channel cant wait to see more :)

I was wondering... what do you two do as exercise when you have your menstrual pains? I feel nauseous and that's accompanied by either a headache/migrain and the standard back and lower abs/obliques pains. Thank you!! :)
Good :) Keep doing it! The ideal is 8min, so you're close :) It was hard work for me to get to the 8min, but keep working and you will do it :)

Ive been running lately but my feet start to hurt and I'm pretty positive its because I'm wearing not so good old shoes. what type of sneaker should I get thats best for jogging/running.

Hi! I have an issue with my wrist and so i cant bend it for ward or back ward. (Ex: when doing push-ups that motion in my wrists really hurts.) So what workouts can i do that are like push ups, the Starfish used in this video, and other things like that?
