I have never thought Diana planned to marry Dodi. I believe they were dating and enjoying each other’s company. I honestly can’t put them together as a married couple. That was such an unforgettable sad time when the world lost the Princess of Wales.
To this day I get emotional watching Lady Dianna's funeral. Just breaks my heart to see how her children cannot even cry in public. Those poor boys, and what they had to face with all of this. RIP Lady Di.
She was a unique figure of her time in the 20th century and she will be a unique figure for centuries to come.
This angel was taken to soon there will never be anyone like her! Ever again sadly missed
Seeing Hasnat Khan take one last look at her coffin was heartbreaking. He loved her so much. So sad they couldn't be together.

I am American, but have always loved and respected the RF. I remember watching Diana’s wedding on TV, watching as she and Charles introduced their newborn Princes to the world, and, definitely, remember the day she so tragically left our world. 26 years later, watching this, I am, once again, in tears. I pray her boys reunite some day. She would have made a perfect Queen

Thankyou Chicken Soup. A very moving tribute for a very special human. I never fall to cry when reminded of the loss of Princess Diana. Such a shame she was tormented with her situation for so long and her pain impossible to hide because of who she was. No privacy, always on public display. Who was she to turn to? So unfair that she was only just beginning to gain a bit of freedom and also joy in her new relationship, only for it to end so tragically. She will never be forgotten.

Lady Di needed her space in her life to get her equilibrium. She deserved that so much. Tragedy led after that gave her no time to fulfil her passion and dreams. When I switched the TV on. All I heard from the news that Lady Di was no longer. This shattered me as I started my day with my son and going to leave him in school. You are always in my heart. Love you Dearly Diana. Love light and blessings Vanitha from South Africa my son Pravashan remembers that day until now. 😢❤❤❤

At 5 a.m., she was in the hospital, and I was glued to the T.V.

I will never forget the day she died..a part of me died as well😢 after 26 years, it still hurts!! what a beautiful soul she was 😢😢 I truly believe God took her home because he knew she probably would never be left alone and she would be unhappy..she's happy now..peaceful, joyful, praying for all of us..she has two beautiful son's who grew up beautifully!! she would be so proud!! god bless you, beautiful princess!! 🙏🙏🙏

Someone stated here in the comments that Diana was a Cheater. Most of us knew she had weaknesses & flaws. Yes, she had relationships, however wrong it may have been, she again was taken advantage during those sad vulnerable & lonely moments. When separated from her young son's, she had no one to lean on in a healthy sense. Either she was in sadly like minded company, lonely & etc., or she was taken in by ppl just like Charles, Camilla, the Qn, Prince Phillip & etc. All they were interested is an heir & appearances. Did she lie about the love & life she so wanted with her then Prince? So the person/s who are hateful about Diana's weaknesses & flaws, look in the mirror. You'll see EXACTLY what you so dislike about Lady Diana....forgive yourself/selves & lift her Son's, their wives & HER grands in prayer that they may forgive one another, period., & reunite. You wanted her to wake up when you saw her eye brows blow gently as the fan swung across the room. You so wanted her to just sit up and say hello.; and spending your last night alone with her, in her own home , To talk about your times together. The rift between Lady Diana's son's would not have taken place had she survived that senseless crash which Paparazzi caused & all involved. She would have no doubt been the ease between Harry, William & their wives, not to mention the RF. I can picture Harry & Meghan living with her & being sooooo Feliz. Shame on the current RF for not doing away with unhealthy old ways & traditions that only cause the bigger rift they are all living under. IF Charles was able to marry Camilla, then they obviously could change for the better how certain things that are truly unnecessary modofied for a warmer & more efficient communication.
