I already knew how to do this but when I was little, I would always play mario 3 on my wii and do this because luigi was my favorite character, and still is till this day

So Luigi has a unique playable sprite sheet in Mario 2 but not Mario 3 or the original Mario world and didn’t they release the same year (yeah I know Mario 3 was being developed before 2 but still no excuse for world)

Im assuming you mean European Mario 2. Thats bc it was a reskin of Doki Doki panic, so ofc they had unique qualities
