    Follow these steps to help protect your drains and install the PIG Sediment Drain Filter: Open the Sediment Drain Filter bag. Place the grate into the bag. Nestle the corners of the grate into the corners of the bag. Loop the lifting straps over the grate ends. Lift the grate by lifting the straps. Tuck the straps into the grate.

    Still waiting on my refund after this Things straps broke and fell completely in. Had to hire a drain cleaning service to get it all out. Not really sure how anyone could remove the grate with debris at the same time?

      Hi Waylon - thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear that the straps broke on your filter; we haven't heard this yet and are interested in what happened. As far as your refund, please contact hothogs@newpig.com to check on that status - they can help you with your questions. Also, in case you have more on site, we've seen most people using forklifts or winches to remove the filters from the drains - hopefully that will help you! Thanks!
