- Äas pĆidĂĄn 26. 11. 2021
- In today's video I'm finishing my 100hp+ gsxr600 powered cross cart buggy. And talking about street legal it after. This is probably the lightest and most aggressive one yet.

Let me know what you think about longer vids
Longer build videos are better... đ„đ„đđ„Č
Wrong emoji
Much more gooder
I love that Rich Rebuilds does weekly 30 min episodes so def more time would be cool. This thing looks awesome!
I would even watch a 30 min vid!
Man your one hell of a good fabricator to be so young. Your gonna be on beast mode when you get older. Love watching your builds and watching you solve issuesđ
Yes he is...and has a good head on his shoulders
You can tell how good hes gonna be by Maxpeeding rods giving him that turbo
@@jeremybaskett1074 i wish the best for him i believe he will go far and do great things with his life hope he rubs off on others around him
Yeap your pretty good at everything you do man lord bless you Dawgs and I be using your ideas đĄ... an I'm pretty sure you know Red beard but thts for racing stuff but it my guy for inventing things
Nah man. A custom shop with a good reputation need only see his channel and should be hiring. The best resumé is one you can see in action.
How does this kid not have more subs/views/likes? His work and dedication is unreal
Because not enough people hit the thumbs up.
His sub to view count is decent ..some people have more subz and get less veiws.. but his work is great .I been subbed to him since he was at like 2k subz and I knew he whould blow up he is very talented for his age especially what he was doin when he first started welding
I like that his stuff is done in a garage like mine with minimal tools. It feels genuine.
I agree its really good content
Suggestion mention him in comments on other similar channels it helps!
I genuinely cant even fathom your skill man. The gas tank alone had me in awe. But the dedication and hard work you put into each and every project is amazing! You are one of the best channels ive seen on here man! keep up the good work!
Thanks! I'm still learning
i admire so much that you are willing to go back and undo previous work to improve it and make it better. the care and attention to give each build is really commendable, loving the way you're taking this. superb build.
I really enjoy seeing the progress on your home made machines and how far you have progressed as a fabricator, sorry your having a rough year breaking bones but your projects are sick! Keep up the great work
I have litterly watched 100's of cross kart build vids. And to be absolutely honest I have to say I'm really diggen the design and size of the frame. Its somewhat reminiscent of the old Honda 350 & 400...
Excellent work..!
Dude I remember when you first started these projects. I was always impressed by the drive, even if you didnât have the most practice you still just made it happen. You have come a long way. Best of luck to you dude! Keep rockin and rollinâ! đ€đ»
Sick!
Kid, I hope you keep going down this path and end up some kind of world renowned engineer. đ
Nice work man. I can't wait to see what your future brings. People that develop themselves with such focus and drive as you have, at your age, have always inspired me. Keep it up Vasily! Good things come to those who really want them.
270K Subs, but that video had almost 900K Views.Come on people, show Vasily the Support ! Longer videos will be well received too.
Iâve said it from the start. Youâre a gun for a young bloke.
Youâre in my top 5 build Chanelâs on CZcams.
Keep it up mate.
I can't wait to see this thing in action!
omg, this thing is sick. I've been waiting for this forever!
5 gallons is alot of fuel. You probably been good with a 2.5 gal
you ever tried to run from the cops with only 2 gallons?
Just a few notes from years of researching crosskarts:
1. This is awesome
2. You're gonna have to run at least a gallon in the tank to prevent fuel slosh. If the unit is upright you can use the fuel level sensor thats on it too
3. Please put a lot of detail into the street legal part of this build. There are many crosskarts out there but few if any street legal ones. Very interested to see how you do it.
4. Having a short chain like that could lead to excess heat, especially with the extra weight. Consider using a 1000cc xring chain (if you haven't already) and potentially a chain oiler. Chain oiler also helps with dirt from trails, as would a full chain guard
Thanks! Yes ideally I should have put a baffle in the tank. I will have to run it mostly above halfway. And I will be using an x ring chain, I've experienced overheating issues on chains 4x smaller than this so I don't think it will have problems with that
@@VasilyBuilds also oil slosh but that might be okay
Hey bud just a thought. You might need to reach 9ut to a company for a bead roller. It would of made that skid plate a lot stronger and not so much tin can sounding over bumps. Lovd the build though
Awesome job Vasily!!! She's a beaut man, hell yeah for the longer vids man, your talent level is very ahead of your age, by a long ways man. Keep at it bro
I don't know why but he reminds me a lot of boostedboi Kyle. would be cool to see those two one day build some crazy machine together. They're both tedious about what they do and very smart. I just think it would make some good content
I have to say your Welding has gotten soooooooo damn good from a few years ago. Looking good my man. Oh and the XKart looks epic! Have Fun brother !
Excellent fabricating! Ready to see it finished up and ripping down the street. Liking the longer video time too.
Ready for top speed test already! đđ
Dude this is awesome! Id maybe consider getting with a company to sell DIY kits for people to do at home with their kids that don't know as much as you or have half the tools. I'm a welder fabricator myself and my biggest limit is tools and space... đđ
So so sick. Iâve been watching from the beginning you came a long way brother. Mad props to you.
Awesome build. Also liked the Christmas music
You've come a long way over the years! Super cool cross kart!
I really enjoy your videos. Nice work. Hopefully this crosscart will start and drive soon. Looking forward to it.
When he said that turbo might not work with the gsxr engine I had a moment. That turbo would double the hp of that engine with proper tuning.
im so happy i finaly finished building my motorized bike and testing it
I dig this street cart deal, also suggestion. Could u put the 600 triple in a quad, maybe a drag quad. I think that would be rad, keep the cool projects comin
I am very impressed to see a young man use his hands and his mind to actually build something he can use and he can be proud of!
Good job kid! If youâre going to drive on the street make it extra safe and visible. Maybe some prospecting sponsor can throw some led whips and lighting your way!
You are the creator of the most beautiful cross-card project
Thank you! I try
to step up the welding aluminum consider use rubbing alcohol to clean ur alu parts before welding and use a high grid sandpaper to remove some off the shine on the edges where u going to weld then clean it with rubbing alcohol, this going to change alot of the look of the welds and easyer :)
I remember like 5 years ago when you first started your channel. Congrats on the success brother
Future 10 years ahead NHRA chassis fabricator!
Great skills young man!đ
Just a little FYI if you measured the angles and bent the shell in one piece it would save you alot of welding time. This is how we did it when I fabbed for highway products. The bends would need to be in an order with center bend being last.
Nice progress! This thing is gonna be sweet! đ
Awesome build bro Can't wait to see this thing rip đ„đâïž
Love you're work man......loving the longer vidz
Hell yea brother lookin alot better now that's in the home stretch I'm buildin one with grizzly 600 rear axle and virago 1100 vtwin shaft drive motor
Cart looks solid! Nice welds! đ
Great job kid! Your skill set is really coming along. Awesome work bud, impressive.
Enjoy the content young man don't stop building
Worth the wait. Cait wait to see it run
Instead of the sway bar you can put a steel cable to hold the wheel up and stop it from pushing the buggy up.
You are are a very talented youg man keep up the great worck and Hello from France đ«đ·đșđžđȘđâïž
Big fan of your channel.. i love all your projects specially this crosskart and the 2stroke gokart..
Vas u keep killing it on this build đđŸđđŸđŻ
Thanks for supporting!
Man you come along way since your Chinese go kart engine swap vids, keep it up đȘđŻđŻ
Keep the long vids coming, awesome content
Maaan you did a great job!!!!!!!!
Only if I knew how to WELD!
Had a master welder friend from childhood that agreed to teach me. It he passed away before we could get together.
I feel like Iâd be able to bring so many of my ideas to life if I could weld.
Mean looking machine! Good fab skills man everything looks solid
What state are you in to where you can make this street legal?
You can make "kit cars" legal in most states, as long as you have a VIN either from a frame or motorcycle. It is a lengthy process however
@@VasilyBuilds awesome dude! Thanks
I'm getting more and more geliouse about this build! Bad ass!
Definitely one heck of a fabricator that tank looks great
Great work man! This is my favorite project of yours so far. Keep up the hard work and we'll keep sending Subs and likes!
Great vid. The Christmas music through me off
when your weld is progressing to the left, start on the left side and "back step".. that way your "tie-in's" come out more uniform. if ur not familiar with "back stepping" look up the welding term.
you can use copper washers to seal the bolts, there is also a seal ring (i am from sweden and dont know the english word) used for hydraulic fittings which consist of a steel ring periphery and a rubber part on the inside. should work as well.
THE MOTZART OF FABRACTING VERY IMPRESSIVE.
looking good! you gotta rip it around with #ratherBwelding when you get finished
Gexder... GSXR.. love it..
Will you add a skid-plate/scoop at the top of the cage , just above and to the back of your head, that bends with the frame towards the back of the engine too divert some airflow towards the engine ? . . .or how will the engine stay cool behind you ?
Awesome channel man !
This was my first time seeing your video, Iâve built my own drag car in 4 years lol, But Great đ job canât wait to see more videos..!!
Welcome aboard!
You can use dowty washers to seal Bolts too they have O rings in them
must say, I really like the wheels and tires youve picked. Very nice
First of all, you're awesome...So keep up the work :-) Second... It's a Gixxer, not Jigster.. :-)
Excelente trabajo amigo se ve increible el buggy saludos desde Guatemala, exitos
Mad skills. Sweet build.
Dang right overhead is hard I had to do it in school
Bro you should def make your break hydro pneumatic like your pipe bender that would be super convenient
I like all your videos. Longer the better.
Your a seriously good fabricator and you should consider starting shop to build and sell unique creations.
Because would I buy a riding lawn mower with a 600cc motorcycle engine on it? If I could, hell yeah I would!!!
Really nice work well done vasily.
wouldnt the fuel get hot ? ull need to add some extra plate on back of fuel tank as a heat shield
2:23- thereâs no âTâ in GSX-R
Love the build and all your doing sir, keep on killin it!!!
awesome work bro. I'm building a go kart from scratch now
Damn good welding, man. Damn good!
That is some beautiful welding my friend
Thank you! Still lots to improve on
Awesome informational educational video experience Y'alls God Bless Y'alls đ †đ
Killer movie man. Quality content.
Looking awesome, dude. You should be running that Tig more. I'm assuming it's ac/dc. Practice practice practice.
need to run more post flow to protect your tungsten from oxidizing. it'll help out with tungsten life and restarts. 1 second per 10 amps is a good start, up to about 12 second.
Great build! You have come a long way! Been watching since the beginning. Just curious regarding the suspension- how do you figure the angles? If it was said in the video series I apologize, I unfortunately donât have time to watch all videos completely. Is it trial and error or do you go off existing cross carts for your design? Or is there some kind of suspension math formula to figure it out?
looks like a rage buggy đ
Hi! Excellent video. Which shocks and springs models do you use for the rear and front suspension?
Your welds are getting amazing
Haha bro you always finding a way to kick it up a notch!! That gas tank looks great đ This cart is so awesome!!
#ExpertFabrications
Your a genius dude!!! Wish I had half your knowledge and skills haha đ
I love that custom tank brother!
Stoked AF to see this one
@@biilywinter1480 piss off
Awesome build.
Nice work dude
I got to admit that your cross cart is realy good...not yust because of the good components, it is the design and the dimensions that are realy nicely put together, if you know what I mean.
Absolutely amazing work youâre doing bro. I canât wait for the next video đ€
Killing it đ„đŻ
Pumped for this video
I just subbed-this guy is awesome!
Awesome sauce
Is there anyway I could get you to build one of these? Youâre the best fabricator I know. I already have a Ninja 1000 motor!
