    HI, MY SIM CRASHES ON FRAME 9 ON THE COOKING PROCESS IT CRASHES ON FRAME 9 VOLUME SOURSES

  • @Acydos
    @Acydos Před rokem +2

    Nice, but one question, why you used frame 116 for time shift? I mean, is there a reason or you just liked that one?

    • @pizola3285
      @pizola3285  Před rokem +2

      I used that frame because it left me with a big enough INITIAL bounding box for the smoke simulation.

    For the collision... You forgot to set the name surface to collision or rename it in dops right?

      It is very possible I might have skipped it. Thanks for noticing

    Hello, your video is very good, but I encountered a problem in the smokeobject node. In the video, you can choose“ bounding BOX 1st Attribute”, but I am showing no preset here. Did I do something wrong?

      @pizola3285  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes. The code is in the description.

    nice tut!
    buw how can i reduce the expand of the smoke? like how to reduce the vel effect

    • @pizola3285
      @pizola3285  Před 2 lety

      Well you could reduce the vel on the volume source or in sops by multiplicating the v by a constant

    • @G1NJO

      @@pizola3285 and for beginers?:D

    • @pizola3285
      @pizola3285  Před 2 lety +1

      @@G1NJO well, there isnt a more simple approach than what I explained on top. You just have to change the vel parameter of your source inside dops.

    THIS IS REALLY BUGGING ME BUT HOW DO YOU GET THE NODES PATHS TO HAVE CURVES ON THEM.

    How do i make the sim cache faster?

    • @pizola3285
      @pizola3285  Před 2 lety

      You have to make it lower quality either by reducing the geometry with a polyreduce or using less cuts when creating a boolean fracture.
