Finally, we got the jin woo workout,
As a skinny guy wo train in the home flore, achiving this physique is an absolute win for me, i would change the sprint to some light workout, i dont really need to burn more calories as a skelaton guy, so, i would change it to working on some muscles group that i dont hit theme diractly with the workout, like neck, cleave, forarms and some arms,

Bro sprints increase HGH and I’m pretty sure Testosterone levels too! Do NOT skip sprints. It will only aid in helping you gain muscle since it recruits fast twitch fibers(which have more potential to grow than slow twitch fibers) and it will help keep you lean. So you can eat a metric fuckton if your skinny and do sprints, which is a good thing.

When I saw it I thought it was pretty much me but exagerated tbh haha but I really want to weigh more and get a better chest.
Its mainly gentics to have that look tbh, some people will have much better genes for strength and putting on alot of mass but not be as lean others will find it easy to be lean but need to work on bulking and not be as strong.

I dont know if you like this idea cuz everybody looks different and its generally toxic to chase someone else when you try to become the best version of yourself ... but have you ever thought showing somewhat realistic examples of people with a similar physique IRL so people know kind of what to expect? Im currently working towards the Toji type and everybody always thought its not possible but then I found enough people online with similar looks that I wanted to chase that goal more

Not much. You can do a small calorie surplus of like 200 calories

If you are naturally a very big broad guy you should play to your strengths and not go for that kind of look. Not many big guys would want to look like that though.
Step 1: Actually follow advice from somebody who's been at it long enough instead of some random youtuber who started working out a few years ago.
