This is the second dish from Catherine's Plates that I've made today, (I'm cooking meals ahead and freezing them for later). The first dish I made was chicken and dumplings. AMAZING! I wrote a review of sorts for that meal earlier. This is my second meal. It was not bad for a pasta dish, (I'm not a fan of Italian food or pasta). If you like Italian cuisine and/or pasta, I do think you'll love this dish.
Ok, next on the list is her strawberry pie and cinnamon poke cake. YUM! 🤤

Well, had to let you know. It was delicious, and a big hit with the whole family. My son wants this to be on the menu and to have it every couple of weeks. He said he could eat it everyday and not get tired of it! My nephew and niece loved it too! ✝️❤️👍

Maybe another time you can try making the shells Mexican style.
Fix taco meat, add in some Queso Fresco (or Feta if you can't find it). Add 2 eggs, some minced onion and stuff your shells. Place in baking dish and pour a can of enchilada sauce over. Top with some Mexican blend cheese and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Yum.

Yup I love Italian food I use a Turkey baster cut the tip off for shells and manicotti lol
