In this video I have shared the process after receiving the offer from any company also I have explained what is all about notice period, Payout options the complete step by step information in detail.

Mam if I resigned from a xyz company on the very first day (I was joined as an intern role and was a contract employee)and after accepting my resignation they are asking me to pay the compensation (pay out). Is there any problem will cause for my career if I didn’t pay the compensation?

Hello mam, I am 2022 passout guy, I joined in A company on July 18th and got better offer in B company. I submitted my resignation on August 31 but they are telling that u have to serve 90 days notice period and there is also payout option but they are ignoring, I have to join B company on Oct 3rd and I don't want experience letter from my current employer. Hi @Carrer Chrome. My colleagues left the company by using buyout option. But For me Since I was the only developer in my team right now after my colleagues left. They are forcing me to leave a week ahead of my notice period completion. I asked for 15 days of early relief. How to face this challenge. Please help me

Hello maam, How to give proposed joining date in next company offer letter? Is it 3months after the resignation or assuming that u will get release in one month and accordingly filling the date?

@@CareerChrome they told me about the buyout option, the new org told that if we can show it in FnF statement then we can reimburse itseems. I just wanted to know how it is shown in FnF statement.

Usually you should get first month i think last month they will give with final settlement but not sure exactly CTS also do in the same way just check with your hr or with colleagues who already left the company

Do you know the Accenture candidature validity?
My DOJ was on feb 18th '22.
But iam currently working on another company for 3 months.
Also i have a 1 year service agreement. So only after 7 months i can join on Accenture. Will it possible? Will Accenture give that much extension of my DOJ?
Not really i think max 90 days they will provide for experience candidates but you can check it out once with your recruiter

Hi ....i paid dues for my unserved period.....but in my experience certificate it mentioned as "LEFT ORGANISATION WITHOUT SERVING NOTICE PERIOD " as last line mentioning as NOTE

Actually they are asking if you can join early, if you agree they will revise your offer letter else you have to send them mail like there is no possible way to join early so please consider my date of joining as mentioned earlier(mention the date)

Hi, i completed all round and got a call for documention process , i uploaded all the documents along with LOA , i asked HR that i got selected ?Is it confirmed?he said yes! Bcoz after uploading documents nit getting call/mail nor he's picking up calls! Am i selected mam coz i did not receive any offer letter yet
If they said you have selected then you have selected just that they might be doing BGV, don't worry soon they will get back to you hopefully

When I joined company they have 60 days in offer letter but due to relocation policy was revised they extended to 90 days and not relieving before even having buyout option not considering.
