I have to say that your idea of having separate, parallel timelines for location, STC beats and chapters is genius! I've always struggled with mapping beats to scenes/chapters because beats can occupy anything from a single paragraph to an entire act - I'm totally going to steal this idea 😀
I've been using Scrivener for writing my novels since 2007, and more recently, Aeon Timeline for, well, timelines. Scrivener probably needs no introduction; I've been using it for my story bible as well as my novels since I'm so familiar with it, but I can see how Campfire could be a lot more flexible and easier to navigate.
The coolest thing about Aeon Timeline is that it allows you to create your own fantasy calendars, which is fantastic if you're writing a book that's not set in our world. It also has two-way synchronisation with Scrivener, for the hardcore plotters out there, though like you I prefer to pants my way from one major plot point to another.
I'm catching up and finally watching this video, and I'm so intrigued by this story! Also I don't usually keep up with story bibles, but you've got me sold on wanting to try Campfire haha!

I use Microsoft one note for world building, characters, chapter outlines / rough outlines etc. I've started using it a lot more when I wanted to flesh my series out more when I got to writing my 2nd book. I had most info on my book in notebooks and decided to use one note more so mostly everything is in one place.
I used to use OneNote too! It was my go-to in college and loved using it for outlining one of my books!

I heard of Campfire, but I use notion for my book series, and I still like to have a hardcopy that I make in Word for backup, just in case. I lost all of my series bible one time, and I'm not going through that again. Lol... :p
Haha I feel that! I lost an entire novel once when a hard drive randomly broke one day. Now my books are always in at least two places.

I like it simple too! I love it because you can make it as complex or simple as you want (I like it simple haha)

it's somewhat like milanote? Have you tried milanote and if so, why do you like campfire blaze over milanote. Also clicked campfire link and it says suspicious link.
I've never used milanote so I wouldn't be able to compare the two. I'm not sure why it says suspicious link. I use it almost every day and have never gotten that message.

I don't think you can for the "bible" parts, but you can export your manuscript.

Just be careful. If your using the free version, your limited on the number of modules you can have. You also cannot recover stuff if you delete it.
If you already have campfire pro, can you get blaze for a discount?
